First time visiting this store in which I heard positive things. Boy I was so wrong!! I came in to replace a basic walker which I made it clear must work with my accessories ie tray table and basket. The salesperson assured me it would, and that was not the case. In addition the walker was a bit wider and the legs would not lock into place when folded in place which made it difficult getting it in and out of the car.
So I felt the salesperson misled my wife and I about everything that was important to us. I called the store later on in the day to let them know that I wasn't happy with the purchase.
I spoke with Maria and specifically told her not only was I not happy with the walker but I wanted to bring it back to get one that was more like the one I bought in. Initially she wanted me to come to the store right then and there but agreed to have me come in the next morning and never mentioned that it needed to be in unused condition despite myself letting her know I used it out of the store and at home!
So again I was made to feel like everything was going to be made right. I was completely wrong!! After coming in the next morning I spoke to Maria she looks at the wheels and says no exchange because the wheels have signs of use. Of course it has signs of use I had to leave the store and the use at home as well as bringing it back as it is my only way to get around. So her response was to have me look on the back of the receipt where there is a small no refund or exchanges. Of course it is not on the front of the receipt where normally people look they hide it in the back all by itself. If that clause is so important for customers why do you hide it in back why not have it on the front? Mmmm I have a guess probably so when you leave the store you find it later when it's too late to bring it back.
Keep in mind we're not talking about an expensive device we're talking $44.95 and they could not afford to do the right thing after all the deceptive practice to a disabled Veteran. Shame on you!! Not only did I not get my money back but I left a new walker with them in the store and left hurt and unhappy all over $45.00 pretty pathetic and whatever spin they most likely will try to make won't change what happened.

Not only do they carry a wide variety of mobility aids, but loads of accessories too. This is the largest selection of walkers, wheelchairs, rollators, scooters, crutches, canes, etc that I've ever seen. Very helpful staff to guide you through different models.
There's also a huge number of bathroom adaptations, bed access equipment, lifts, ramps, and the like. Also, a lot of things to do with supplemental oxygen.

Putting aside the clerk was so rude, I saw him throwing the trash onto the trolley station. What unprofessional and lack of ethics the individual does have. I do prefer to find a better place to get medical supplies.

have bought different supplies from small to large at PMS. Whenever I need service they've been very curious and been able to handle the situation. it's nice that they have direct contact with the manufacturers so there is no running around when you need service on an item. if you need warranty service they don't give excuses they do the job.

We’ve purchased manual chairs and a power chair here before and been very satisfied. Recently, we needed another power chair with some very specific things. Mike and the crew there helped and guided us through the process. They went to great lengths to be sure that we got exactly what we needed. This is priceless. I would never buy one anywhere else after this experience. Customer service counts. And they’ve got it. Do yourself a favor if you need something like this. See them about it.

I Have had mixed experiences with Professional Medical Supplies. I have a very personal medical problem, it can be very embarrassing. They were very discreet about helping me in store. I had one problem with them, I went in to get my supplies and had to use a debit card. Now when I walked in they knew me and what I was looking for. They had what I was looking for kinda, the box that it comes in had Ben tampered with and was incomplete in its contents. Fine it’s not something that that really matters, they offered me a discount on the item, cool no problem. Now mind you they knew who I was and why I was there, when I went to pay I had my mothers debit card because I didn’t have the funds at that time. They wouldn’t take it, said she had to be there. Ok, I get it but I’m buying ostomy bags, an incomplete box at that. Not like I have some kinda black market ostomy side hustle going. Anyway had to come back with my mom as if what I was buying is not embarrassing enough now I have to have my mommy there. But what if it was for my mom and she is bedridden and can’t come to the store. Anyway that was a problem, but recently I had to go back “HAD” to go back and they were out of my supplies, so they ordered some and called me the next day when they arrived and had them waiting for me at the check out when I got there. So I go if I absolutely need to. Otherwise a little overpriced and some employees are rude and not very caring about your situation. Some are very helpful and do seem to care. If you need something in a pinch then But I wouldn’t recommend relying in n them for your medical needs.

We rented a hospital bed about a year ago for my fiancé to sleep in after surgery. Our experience at that time was exceptional. Customer service over the phone was easy and they delivered and picked up the bed in a courteous and timely manner. Fast forward to present day...we will be renting a power lift recliner so I went in last week to sign paperwork and check out the model. It’s a nice model and the price is decent. Again, the customer service was really great. Delivery is this week and I’m sure that will be a breeze.

We went in and purchased a number of things. The sales person (Jennifer) was very knowledgable and very helpful. The person who checked us out (Sam) was also very helpful and considerate of our needs (helping us carry things out and get them into the car. There was no pressure to buy and they carry a very large inventory of items. This was our second experience there and we were also please that time. I had checked around and their price on a transport wheel chair was excellent.
