Wow..... What an experience. I came to Theta Wellness in an attempt to calm my anxiety and stress. The Theta Chamber was recommended by the team.

The procedure was the most unique experience. I was in the pod for 30 minutes, and it felt like a lucid dream. When my time was up and the pod had stopped spinning, I sat up and could not stop smiling. I was as relaxed as I would have been after 10 hours of sleep. I felt extremely euphoric. Substantially more relaxed than after an hour long massage.

My drive home was filled with traffic and other irritants, but I was still so relaxed. I fell asleep very early that night (I experience insomnia so that was an interesting and unexpected affect). That night, I slept through the night and had the most wonderful dreams.

This morning, I am still extremely calm and content down to my core.

I HIGHLY recommend Theta Wellness and their Theta Chamber. I plan on continuing treatment for help with quitting tobacco.
