I tried to really give a chance here but this was so disapointing, for so many reasons. First our appointment was at 10:30 and we did not leave until 12:50, almost 3 hours later. Second I paid money for same day glasses and did not get them until the next business day, late into the afternoon. And probably the most upsetting I paid for promotional glasses that were supposed to be 95, alongside my daughter's glasses and same day glasses charge, I get a call 3 days later that they want to charge me more for my glasses. I told them no, and asked them to refund the money, they say no it HAS to be in person.....yet they were willing to do a card transactiom over the phone if I wanted to pay the difference of the extra fee. It absolutely is just the most unorganized and unprofessional place I have ever been. Also when they called me they would not give me the manager information until finally I asked for my daughter to record on her phone, then they would give it to me. Because they were being recorded. Prior to that it was just attitude and dodging. The whole experience was just ridiculous. Save money, time and a headache and go off base.

Won't be going back. They are always behind schedule so there's no point in showing up on time. They also scratched my glasses and didn't even offer a discount to replace the lenses, they thought I would just buy a whole new set with them. They also forgot to dilate my eyes so I just chose to leave without reminding them because I didn't want to wait anymore.

Just went and I have severe eye issues. I know what they are and am okay with it. I paid the 49 for them to take pictures for them to have in my file, however all I needed was a new prescription. I think since my pictures took longer then they thought my whole prescription appointment was rushed in my opinion. My eyes need time to adjust and the doctor didn't allow them to adjust flipping through the lenses. Go elsewhere where they will actually take the time vs rushing through your appointment.

I absolutley loved my experience!! Long story short, I went to a walmart two years prior to coming here and I was never able to use those glasses because they would give me terrible migraines and headaches. I even went back to them and told the optometrist and they changed my prescription and made it STRONGER! Mind you, that was my first pair of glasses so I didn't know any better. I came to see Mr.Fitzgerald and explained what happened after he did my exam. He fixed me right up with the right prescription and the area to get my glasses was very spot on and helpful as well! Havent had a head ache yet!! I'm gonna miss them when my husband gets restationed. Definitely recommended.

My wife went to get her eyes checked after losing her glasses and not being able to stand it anymore. They were quick and prompt and explained everything easily! Mickey was the biggest help! She even told my wife that her eyes weren't as bad as her previous doctor had told her! Would recommend coming here!

Find a different vision center to go to!!!

This place will fraudulently charge you for a visit covered by your insurance. If you go here make sure they are checking your benefits & eligibility and do not pay them their $110 fee. They will charge you out of pocket and advise you to *try* and submit your claim yourself to be reimbursed. Only for them to submit the claim before - resulting in them being paid by you AND the insurance company.

Manager is rude and will hang up on you if you ask questions. It is also impossible to reach an owner on the phone.

Refused to measure IPD for wife and child after receiving prescription in exam. Tried to pressure into sales and attempted to guilt into several related services not covered by Tricare.

Don't waste your time or money. They will charge you just to tell you your eye prescription hasn't changed.
