I recieved good care without any wait. The doctor and staff were very well trained and pleasant. The process online for making an appointment was fairly easy. The office was clean and the equipment looked new. I especially appreciated the MA who assisted today. She was so kind and polite, I immediately felt at ease.
I would 100% go back after todays experience.

I’ve been going here for the last 8 months. It’s a mixed bag depending on who’s on duty. I got good treatment, my eldest daughter went in multiple times and the lack of treatment resulted in a visit at the ER with a severe respiratory infection. Some of the staff are opposed to antibiotics. So not only did I incur multiple bills from Jovive, I had an ER bill too. Today I spend $400 bucks for my grandson and son. Again the treatment was over-the counter recommendations. I could have googled better care. It’s almost negligent to provide that level of care or is it a scam? Don’t treat, make you come back, bill you again. Lucrative.

Making the appointment online was very easy and they were on time as well! Kevin, Dr. Baker's PA, was intuitive, great listener, did not jump to conclusions and took his time to review the results first hand of my X-rays and follow-up instructions. Jovive is a first class provider of health care and I strongly suggest you leverage their team and proven results!

First time visit to this clinic. The front office receptionist, the nurse and Faith, the N.A., were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It was the middle of the day. I did not have to wait long. Faith gave me tips on treatment in the future and educated me a little bit about the condition I was dealing with. They treated me there and I expect to see relief of my symptoms quickly. I would come here again as needed.

I made an appointment and they took me right in. Hardly any wait and the people there are very nice. They addressed my needs and took care of me. My pain is subsiding and I felt the PA (Kevin) listened to my problem.

This review should have been done by me before. It is with gratitude and honor to leave this review for Jovive Urgent Care.

Previously, I have been to their clinic and always had a wonderful experience. Today, I went to Jovive and was attended to by Cecelia and Kevin. They are professional, courteous, but most importantly compassionate. I am always afraid and nervous when in need of medical attention. Today was a very successful visit but also it was a wonderful pleasant visit.

They discussed my symptoms and required treatment and insured my wife and I knew what we were required to do at home. Our prescription was ready when we got to the pharmacy. I am going back to be checked later this week. They are wonderful!
