BEWARE! This store is scamming on their sales. Husband bought 4 for $20 meats got home and was charged full price for all of them and one of them the price was $4.15 that was part of the 4/$20. Basic math says 5$ each. We would have saved $6 if we paid 5 for each(4/$20). Be warey this Safeway is scamming its customers. Sad because most of its clients are elderly locals. Irritating with prices as high as they are. ?

Don’t use this pharmacy. The employees don’t care how long the line is. They just stand behind their computers and ignore you. Then they leave out meds that are ready so you have to come back again.

It took me 20 minutes to get my meds while 3 people worked at computers and only one helped customers.

The employee helping had his shirt unbuttoned and a dirty T showing, hadn’t showered that day for sure, and made mistakes. The pharmacist ignored the line, as did the 3rd clerk.

This is the worst pharmacy experience yet. Not surprising though. Safeway employees are notorious for not caring about service. Even the Customer Service desk is always empty.

Amazing service today by Andrew at the deli counter. He was about to go on his break and despite that he put gloves back on got behind the counter cuz no one was there and help me with my order.
Andrew had a can do positive happy attitude, and a happy smile!!

I shopped at this store today and I normally do not do comments, but I was a bit annoyed. Logan was my cashier. Not only was I not greeted, but I had to go get my own price check on a pumpkin. And then I bagged most of my groceries while courtesy clerks where standing around. Are you teaching your employees company standards? I feel this is a management problem. I've been doing retail for 38 years. I'm sure this is not how Safeway would like to be known as.

They have great sales and can order to have sent out. Good Bakery, We enjoy the fruit in a basket cake. Very good and can switch fruit layered if need to. Like most stores need more cashiers opened for faster service. I need to learn self service.(:

The nerdy little manager in there. Didnt catch his name. Is rude. Has a big chip in his shoulder cause hes got a little bit of power over a coupon.

Long story short. Buy 2 get 3 free sodas. Apparently its a "online" coupon through the app. Wasnt aware. Cashier stated previous manager was honoring it anyways. Buzz killington came over and refused and was a total jerk about it.

Needless to say. Wont spend another penny there due to the crappy customer service.

I discovered this place needs a thorough cleaning! Exploded can of beer in a far back corner random bottle of mustard. So gross!

3 weeks later mold and old can of beer not cleaned up. Has anyone thought about this mold being transferred to your own refrigerator at home?
