Horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed. They dropped me as a patient without any sort of warning. No call, no text, no email. I have been a patient with them my whole life and for them to be this unaccommodating is infuriating. I have been fortunate to not have to see the doctor in the past few years. I should not be punished because of this.

** if I could make it 0 I would. I am still having issues being accepting after working with a patient advocate who approved me for this doctor. I have email proof. What am I paying for insurance for?

Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. The intake nurse Becky needs to retire because shes "tired" after her 30+ years. She treats people terribly. When you hear the commercials about the care Mercy gives its patients, it's actually the opposite. Its a strong "lack" of caring. What is happening to our society if you're not comfortable at your Doctors office ? I wanna cry.

Unprofessional staff and conduct. The front desk staff is was too comfortable with each other… it’s like your interrupting them having a coffee at Star Bucks to ask them a question, then they start asking you questions about how much your copay is? I have no clue. That’s your job to look up my insurance and tell me. Then Dr. Donna Jordan is extremely rude. She Wants to make sure you feel stupid and that you what you are doing wrong and how you are making poor decisions that are going to kill her and her family members. Because you weren’t wearing a mask by yourself in the exam room… then tells you that she needs to change her mask to an N95 mask because you weren’t wearing said mask and says that because your not ^axxed it’s very dangerous… even though you already had co^!d and can’t take ^axxes because of adverse reactions from them… then tells you that she’s isn’t qualified to treat you for what you came in for… so I wasted my day, lost $30, was insulted and told I can’t be helped.
Avoid this office. I’d be better off just going to Marshall

Waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes now. Been going there for 15+ years and the Dr. is great but try to call and get an apt. and you'll grow old and die before they answer.
