I was in a lot of pain due to a back injury and they were wonderful. Very kind and gental and tried their best to put me in as little pain as possible while examining me. The staff was all very nice and patient with me and the Dr was great!.
The wait to get in was long that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. It was a busy day and took about an hour to be called back.

The staff was unfriendly except for the check in nurse. The man who wasn't even a medical Dr. treated me unfairly. Lectured, belittled, bullied and harassed me. He sure did make me regret choosing Rapid Care for an issue I have that at the time, I was in much pain and discomfort. Then he wrote my prescription wrong, only for me to have to drive all the way back from placerville to have him fix it and then disagree with me about what the pharmist required.

1st time visit today and overall experience was great. Dr Rose and his staff were kind and professional. I was in and out in about 45 min.
