I have a son with disabilities and many prescriptions myself, so when it comes to finding a pharmacy that I like, it has been an issue until I started getting my prescriptions filled at Bidwell pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy to friends and family because there you are treated with respect and kindness. The staff have always gone above and beyond for me and my family members. This is the best pharmacy in Chico when it comes to customer service and wait time.

I just transferred all my prescriptions from a popular national chain to Bidwell Pharmacy. I was fed up with their poor level of service.
The staff at Bidwell Pharmacy, treated me like an old friend.
I must give a special thank you to Sarah.
She actually called me to help me transfer the scripts. I haven't been treated so well in a very long time.

Appreciate the delivery service very much. Best employee on staff 100% is Jacob, so kind, helpful goes above and beyond!
The pharmacist is a real mean jerk who "lost" a very urgent prescription. Thank God for Jacob, he not only found it, filled it, but is working after hours (overtime) too deliver it too me Friday evening after Thanksgiving so I don't go into seizures! What a good person

Forget CVS or other big box pharmacies, Bidwell Pharmacy's service and speed unmatched! Before when I went to CVS it would take 15 minutes at a minimum to wait and sometimes over 30! Now I'm in and out in 5 minutes or less most times and every once a while I might have to wait 15 minutes. Also the staff are super friendly and to top it off Bidwell Pharmacy is a locally owned business. Win, win in my opinion!

There is a reason for all of the excellent reviews, the best pharmacy in Chico! The pharmacist is probably one of the nicest people, I have ever met, honestly! Super fast service and the best customer service, 5++ stars!!!
