While this establishment is of the small "hole-in-the-wall" persuasion, the employees and the customer service they offer is exemplary. I came here because I had forgotten my mother's walker at home and a replacement was absolutely necessary for the vacation week we spent in Healdsburg. Alexander was attentive to my needs, and was able to accommodate my personalized requests with a cheerful and empathetic "can do" attitude. He absolutely turned a stressful situation into a manageable hiccup. Great establishment with wonderful employees, I would definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I received some of the best retail services in my days. I was paid attention to as if I was their first customer. How refreshing that was. I bought a rolling walker for myself on January 11, 2023. Last week I needed proof of purchase for State Disability. I called and talked to Kim, and she said she would email it to me. More great service. Thanks Kim. I have had a retail store since Oct 1984 and have serviced almost 200,000 vehicles. So, yeah that’s right I know a thing or two about great service and Sonoma Surgical it the definition of great service. Sonoma Surgical Supply is a LIFE SAVER! We needed a lift recliner pronto after a bad fall and broken shoulder. They had what we needed and delivered it immediately. Everything was smooth. Sonoma Surgical was a HUGE support to me after surgery. They delivered a recliner that was necessary for me to use for 5 weeks post-surgery. They were friendly, professional, and supportive every step of the way. The recliner was very comfortable. I highly recommend Sonoma Surgical!
