Easy experience! Did not make an apt., and was in and out within 45 minutes. Great experience. They also had a promotion going where I received 10% off if I used a debit card. Would go back!

Booked appointment online. Suffering from sinus infection. Was not able to get into PC for another week. Staff was very professional, caring and attentive. Explained everything in detail and never felt rushed. Excellent customer service. Thank goodness we have an Urgent Care once again in Petaluma.

Came here because my normal urgent care I go to was closed. I called and the gentleman on the phone was very nice, friendly and helpful.
I just wanted to see if they were open and he scheduled me for an appointment and assured me they could help me.
I came in 15mins early for my appointment and everyone at the desk was very friendly and nice and got me in early.
The only downfall for me is that I have very bad anxiety when going to doctors offices and I tried to share that but I don’t think the nurse knew how worked up I get. However, I know they probably don’t deal with people like me all the time with high and anxiety and fear. Regardless the nurse was very nice, listened to me, and I felt very heard and knew they were going to help me.
The doctor was very nice, direct and comforting and helped me decreased my anxiety and sent me on my way with a prescription and I was there maybe 45mins at most.

Overall, I had a great experience and the staff was great and i felt pretty comfortable in a place that would normally cause great fear.

Google listing very misleading! The gal at the front was very friendly but completely devoid of helpfulness or empathy. I am waiting for an insurance card and could not be seen without shelling out several hundred dollars - worried that I broke my ankle but I guess will just have to live with it I suppose.
