My last appointment here was not helpful at all! It was a telephone appointment, which I'm already not a fan of but I had been very sick for over a week already and took whatever I could get. I explained all my symptoms and that I believe I had an infection and they kept pushing to test for covid, which I hadn't because I was 100% sure it wasn't covid (I later tested myself for it and sure enough it came back negative). I was then instructed to just keep taking tylenol/ibuprofen (which is what I had been doing and it wasn't helping, hence why I wanted to be seen) and to follow up with my pcp or go to the ER if I felt worse. My pcp is Ole but every single doctor I've been assigned always leaves! I was so upset after this appt. it felt like they didn't really listen to what I was saying. Only giving two stars because they tried to accommodate me as best they could when I called to schedule the appt.

My mother-in-law has received service from this clinic a few times. Back in 2020, dental work was performed, but we have had to return many times for the same issues: fillings coming off and dentures that didn’t work. All this work was done by Dr. Flores. Furthermore, the personnel at this location are horrible; they take everything personally. You cannot complain about anything because they get very upset and aggressive, acting as if they are the owners of the clinic.

Today, June 21, 2024, I took my mother-in-law to this clinic once again because she has been experiencing severe pain for the last two days and could not sleep last night due to the toothache. We arrived at 4:15 as agreed, but Jessica, the girl at the front desk, told us that we were late because the appointment was at 4:00. This was incorrect, as my wife, son, and I were on speakerphone when the appointment was made, and it was confirmed for 4:15.

They still managed to see my mother-in-law and discovered that one of the fillings had come off again after four years. Despite her complaints of severe pain, the doctor did not want to fix the filling, even though it was their work from four years ago. I pleaded with the doctor to help us, but she insisted that the appointment was only to evaluate the problem. If they had told me over the phone that they were not going to treat her, I would have taken her to another clinic. Now it’s Friday and all clinics are closed because it’s 5:10 p.m. Now, they gave us an appointment for July 5th even thought my mother in law is in a lot of pain because of the poor job they did on her.

Last week, I took my son to a clinic by Raley’s in Fairfield, on N. Texas, for a toothache. They took x-rays, found that he needed a filling, and did it right away. This makes me suspicious that this clinic might be abusing the system, especially since my mother-in-law has Medicare, by having her come back multiple times even during emergencies.

If you value your well-being, do not go to this clinic. The staff here are not good people. Unfortunately, I have to say, as a Latino, that whenever you see Latinas running an office, it tends to be a horrible experience. We may excel in other areas, but when it comes to running an office, my people are a disaster.

I recommend avoiding this place entirely. They messed up every aspect of my prescription… dose, quantity, and pharmacy… multiple times. Avoid Vanessa Franco. She's incompetent at treating basic medical conditions. And good luck finding a dental appointment here.

Updated from 1 to 4 stars. I was contacted by management with an apology and was able to get the medication I needed refilled.

The NP I see, Robin, is amazing and when you’re able to speak to/schedule with her, she shows a lot of compassion and fights to help you get the care/tests needed and is very pro active about helping her patients.

The customer of this office is in very low level. They never/hardly have any doctors available. If you're lucky and able choose your primary care doctor then doctor is not available or quit his office bye the times of your next appointment.

I hated how this place treated me. I just had ankle surgery and im trying to get established with a primary care physician and they scheduled me 4 months out. I spoke to robin who was excellent even if she didnt perscribe me anything the conversation with her made me feel like i was in the right hands. Then i made a phone appointment with zamani and the minute he said his first word i felt like i was at the wrong place for care. He made me feel worse than i already feel. I told myself this is what i get for choosing ole health as my primary care team. I couldnt believe a doctor can be this way to his patient especially at a time like this in my life. My ankle is swelling everyday and hurting and i cant even see a doctor. He told me he has thousands of patients and he knows i had surgery but hes not going to do anything about it with a very fustrated tone. Ill never go back or bring my kids to this establishment.

I am over a year late on this review, but Robin McIntyre saved my life. Even when my symptoms were small and difficult to diagnose, even when all the tests came back negative, she continued to push for more answers and never told me it was all in my head, or some kind of anxiety disorder as I feared she might. It is because of her that I finally received a diagnoses and can manage my life again. Truly a capable doctor who actually cares.

I can't speak for the facility or any other staff, but Robin is an amazing doctor, and I was so lucky to have her when I was at my worst.

I'm so glad to have a Clinic Ole close to where I live now instead of having to drive all the way to Napa. The staff are nice & my Dr. Is very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, & seems to really care about me & my health. I'm very happy I found her. She gives me the time that I need to talk to her as well. The financial advisor lady is very nice, knowledgeable & helpful as well, helping to see if you qualify for various health insurance & programs.
