The quality of care from this clinic has gone down hill since the change in ownership. They're nearly impossible to get a hold of. I've been trying to get a prescription fixed for over 6wks with no resolution. They also kept my drivers license for several days and didn't reach out to me. If I hadn't remembered that I never got it back after they took it to make a copy, I don't know if they ever would've contacted me about it since I don't even get a call back after leaving several voicemails. Their hours are also unclear and inconvenient, only open Tuesday-Thursday.

Please don’t misunderstand this review: there are some excellent people who work here and provide excellent care (though I don’t know if they’re still employed there).

This center was recently taken over by a new doctor, and the whole place is chaotic and very understaffed.

I had to get my regular prescription refilled, so the new doctor had me come in, presumably to establish care, etc. The appointment seemed fine, though it started very late, and I was told that my prescription would be filled for the month.

The next day, I check with the pharmacy to see if I can pick up my meds: nothing was sent in.

So, I call them a few times before leaving a message. I don’t hear back.

I call them multiple times for a week straight, trying to make contact to see what’s happened to my medication, and no one ever gets back to me. They answered the phone ONCE, a full week later, and promised to tell the doctor to send in the prescription. I couldn’t go in person because of work, so I just had to hope she’d follow through.

He still hasn’t sent it in, over two weeks later.

Worst doctors office ever. Doctor Franco and her Medical assistants take days to get back to you after multiple calls and voicemails, doctor is unresponsive and not in the office often. Getting simple prescriptions is like pulling teeth. Save a headache and find a doctors office that cares.
