I can only echo what most other people say in reviews about J&L and Lincare. This is literally the worst medical services company ever. The staff is beyond unfriendly, not helpful and incompetent, their customer service is a joke and unreachable (you can waste hours and hours to just be redirected in loops as they intentionally design their customer service to block you away), they are incapable of placing, executing and delivering orders for CPAP correctly. This company should be prohibited for how bad they treat patients. Their intentional negligence and incompetence puts patients lives at risk. By their poor treatment of patients they force them to abort the service / CPAP treatment because of patient frustration, thereby exposing the patients to health risk from their untreated condition. They should be sued for this. Tell your doctor you don’t want to work with J&L / Lincare.

The WORST service! Once they get you on a reorder plan they will not change or help you until you stop reordering then sales starts calling you to sell you the next round of supplies. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THEM! BTW it took 6 months to get my replacement cpap machine. Horrible!

I was on the phone for literally 3 hours between hold time and trying to straighten out issues. Not only were we given wrong information, but some one called me from compliance and was sooo rude and abrupt I wanted to cry. To be fair there were a few people who were helpful, but unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. When I asked if I could switch companies the rudie told me my husband would have to have another apnea test in order to switch . Stay away

Not sure why this place gets so much hate.

They sent me my original CPAP and then my replacement 5 years later. Both times I saw a therapist for a mask fitting. Both times I got my machine within a month of ordering. Both of my therapist appointments went without issue.

I rarely call them for supplies, they call me (often lol)! I am seldom on hold to order supplies.

I pay bills online.

So I really have nothing to complain about!

My wife just picked up the new CPAP machine last week and wasn’t having much luck adjusting to the mask. After a long hold time, she tried to seek an alternative mask and spoke with Jane who was anything but pleasant to deal with. Not surprised on the bad reviews. Stay away from these guys.

I’ve been dealing with J & L for approximately two weeks. You’re on hold forever OMG! this afternoon, one of the reps went back-and-forth with me. Doctors office called an hour before I did and I’m telling her I didn’t call she’s insinuating that I’m lying. She said she had a delivery scheduled for Thursday. I told her I have an ongoing appointment every Thursday and I would not scheduled on a Thursday . Plus you she stated theres only Mondays deliveries in my area. Make your mind up!!! miserable! I’m so thankful that this is temporarily. If you don’t like your job quit! However, with that being said, I would like to thank Jason, totally, amazing! you should be management thank you, for your patience and your kindness! much appreciated dude.

I have been trying to initiate the process of getting supplies from this provider since my doctor send the referral to them. They say they need a form signed by me to start but I NEVER get the damn form in the mail or email. Call them and takes so long to get thru. I don’t want to deal with this company. Will tell the doctor to send the referral elsewhere. Who’s running this company? Horrible!!
