Had an ER visit and was waiting over 45 minutes just to get discharged. We were already at Doctors for about 4 hours. Tried to ask the front desk a question about any update. She was rude and was already starting to raise her voice at me instead of helping me. I explained that my daughter is 6 and was hungry, however her demeanor show that she did not care. We did end up leaving without our discharge papers. I did not want to keep waiting at a place where they have workers that are rude and not mindful how their attitude toward patients.

I had surgery here for my thyroid and can’t say enough for how awesome the medical staff was. Everyone was kind and informative. My surgeon Dr. Bogineni is the best in the business! The nurses were amazing and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances, switching up my medications till we found ones that worked best for me. Everyone we encountered was kind and really invested in my health and ensuring I made good progress. This sort of care is incredibly important to have during any procedure but particularly a surgery like this one. 10/10 would recommended to anyone

I'm not sure where to begin. My mom was admitted to the ICU after suffering a stroke, and later moved to the regular floor. Every nurse—day, evening, and night shift—was incredible, showing such care and compassion not only for my mom but also for our entire family. I want to thank Aster, Kat, Jass, and Jennifer for their amazing support and kindness during such a difficult time.
Thank you again , Lozano Family

Usually the emergency room is amazing tonight it's like no one is working! The security garden is racist against whites . Made my girlfriend sit up from laying and has a half baked homeless man sitting in the room . The intake was rude as ever . Again usually this place is great . What happened from 3am until 7 am 10/20/24

With all the money these hospitals get there super ghetto looking. Have hardly any room for patients nothing but a sheet covering you from seeing who’s next to you , no privacy. Just sad honestly labor and delivery feels pretty ghetto they really need to put more money into these hospitals not the equipment or the people who work here but on the hospital itself.

My 33yr old son had been vomiting for 7 days, no matter what he drank it immediately came back up. He was severely dehydrated, pale, muscle tensing up in his hands and legs that I couldn't pry his fingers open. I repeatedly told the medical staff that he needs IV fluids NOW. I even got into it with a male nurse or PA, I raised my voice he got back in my face being very rude. They had taken his blood and sent us back out to the waiting room still no IV fluids. Finally after 4 hours waiting with him constantly vomiting did he get IV fluids. 1 hour later the kidney doctor said that they should have started the IV from the get go. His potassium levels were barely visible. The damn hospital is lucky we don't sue. Go to the ER make sure the staff pays attention.

I would give this place a ZERO if I could! One of the security lady couldn’t let me at least drop my mom off at the surgery room all because I had my child with me. Knowing that she handicap and can’t do much on her own. I was expecting to leave my mom to let my dad know she okey. The Security Lady also didn’t even let me go to cafeteria to get something to eat either with my son!

Just gave birth to my second baby. Let me say my first experience was so different. Had nurses checking up on me left and right & this time not as much. Heard there wasn’t a nursery anymore. I couldn’t buzz a nurse to take my baby for a little while to catch up on some rest. Wasn’t even comfortable going to the restroom and leaving my baby next to me, there in the crib alone. ( had to either wait for my husband to show up, or a nurse to be available and help me out couple minutes) I had buzz a nurse to see if she can watch my baby as Im Barely recovering & was told if I need to go to just go. Mind you my baby was crying the whole night so it was very overwhelming. No couch/ sofa for my husband to stay at Postpartum. I had my baby from the moment I delivered until I walked out from the hospital. No clothes was provided for my newborn, he was just there, swaddled. Not even a bath was taken & this time I was super excited to attend their first bath as with my first child I wasn’t asked to attend. All the nurses who attended me were super nice though. Just upsetting experience after delivering my baby. Not sure what has been going on with this hospital heard a lot of negative feedback before & never believed it until this time.
