Called 4 times to get to medical records and no one picks up- actually hangs up the phone. Called the front desk and one of the receptionists was the most incompetent person. Told her I just want to make sure my labs are in the system so I can pick them up. She said I can’t get my medical records- I told her I’ve been there multiple times and received my medical records before. She then said well I told you I can’t give you your medical records. Well of course I know YOU can’t! Nor was I asking for you to?! She also told me to call medical records again after I told her I call them multiple times and the system just hangs up the phone. She then hung up on me because she knew she was wrong. Not only was she incompetent and doesn’t know anything about the medical system and lied to me, she has no customer service and people like this should be nowhere near a business that requires customer service. Unbelievable!!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this clinic. The staff were blatantly unprofessional and shockingly rude. Not only were they dismissive of my concerns, but I also experienced discriminatory treatment that was deeply offensive and unacceptable.

Instead of receiving the care and respect I expected, I was met with condescending attitudes and a complete lack of compassion. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and their behavior made it clear that they didn’t value me as a patient—or as a person.

To anyone considering this clinic: take your health and dignity elsewhere. This place is unhelpful, disorganized, and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been trying to refill a prescription for 4 weeks! No one answers the phone!!! Nor do they respond to the pharmacy requests. Now I have to physically drive there tomorrow because I can’t breathe without my asthma medication! It seems they had better management a few months ago. I don’t know what’s going on now. The only reason for two stars is because Dr. Valencia is amazing and I hope she is still there if not I will be switching immediately. She deserves 5 stars but the clinic/ staff are practicing unethical medical treatment when they won’t answer the phone and refill prescriptions. I feel sorry for the older patients who may be suffering without medicine ?

Every single time I have called I have been either sent to a call service operator or an answering machine. Have to leave a message just to set up an appointment. AND then no one calls me back. This goes on and on. And when I walk in the office the receptionists are just literally sitting there chatting with each other. No one is busy on the phone or with any patients. I have never had such bad service at a doctors office before borrego. They ought to be ashamed

If I could leave a negative review I would. I cannot believe the degree of unprofessionalism and just plain old rudeness. After coming here yesterday about an urgent matter " hiatal hernia" and expressing how important it was to be seen I accepted an appointment for today "the very next day" only to come in and then tell me oh no your provider won't be here today but you can come in next week if you like. No smiles no kindness no warmth and only rude snarled looks and darts in there eyes .. they seem to be extra friendly to the ethnic people but not to me the only white guy there

Dr. Valencia is awesome. Went to establish a family Dr. Long story short: I'm in good hands... Don't listen to the negative comments here, people expect to be treated like kings where in reality they are just another grain of sand among billions on this earth.

Anywho, thanks guys I feel like I'm in good hands.

This place suuucks!! The person that answers phone calls to make appointments needs to be FIRED. She puts you on hold then hangs up after you wait for a while. She never answers the phone. Had to change primary care location due to not being able to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment after attempting multiple times!

Very bad clinic, they do not take any responsibility towards their patients. If you are looking for treatment for your health, do not go to this clinic because your health condition will worsen. I recomend everyone not to waste time with this clinic. There is nothing in it that makes you feel comfortable.
