Dr. Cristina Moran offers great insight and feedback. She gives me 45 minute sessions instead of the alotted 30 minute session because she values giving me extra time. She pays attention to my needs and has a down to earth way of looking at problems, offering solid solutions with a very kind spirit. Dr Moran is very well informed and qualified because she knows what she's talking about and offers positive feedback and easy to understand knowledge of how to better my life. I am very satisfied with her therapy methods and I suggest if you're looking for results and a change in your thinking and life, to give her therapy sessions a chance!

Jacquelyn Ramos has 0 bedside manner and treated me like a drug addict when trying to refill my medication. I explained to her the amount of pain that I was in and she directed me to the ER when I was already at the doctor's office. What's the point of going a GP if they're always going to direct me to go to the ER. I don't even know if I ever want to go back to this location after being treated the way I was treated today. She did not care about my pain level and I believe she just wanted to go home for the day. I have never felt so unheard when asking for help from a doctor. She acted disinterested when I was telling her about my symptoms.

I have been a patient for quite a few years now. And I have had nothing but excellent service to everybody from the front desk to the initiating staff taking your blood pressure and getting all your information down. And I have all excellent remarks about my primary care physician. She has been awesome ever since I met her.. I thank God that neighborhood healthcare is here to help the community with their medical needs

My entire experience was extremely positive and all staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and excited about my health journey.

My medical assistant who was a student was extremely thorough. When she drew my blood for labs she was confident and successful at her first attempt which has never happened in all my blood draws in other laboratory settings which I truly appreciate her for! She will be an amazing asset to our community. She definitely had me think she was a registered nurse because she was so knowledgeable.

The biggest impact that visit was with my new Primary Taylor, Le, PA who was by far the best provider experience I’ve had my entire adulthood life. She was extremely engaging in listening to my health concerns. She was genuinely empathetic in my health struggles. I left my visit with her feeling confident and safe in her care.

The following day, my lab results were uploaded and Taylor, Le PA called me to discuss my labs and a plan of care for me.

Le, Taylor PA is a true GEM… her knowledge, passion and dedication to her patient is what our community truly needs and what I admire so much. I’m extremely grateful for neighborhood healthcare and Le, Taylor, PA. Thank you everyone!
