Unprofesional! From the appointment center to the in home therapist are only laying. Their technician, Abraham laid just to convince me to try one of the masks he had with him, then he said it was a misunderstanding!
The person who scheduled the appointment laid as well. she said that their technician will have all the masks with him for the in home appointment. He had only 4. As non of them were a good fit for me, and i wanted to go to their office to ck other masks, Abraham convinced me to try one, "as i can exchange it anytime within the next 3 months, at no cost" Now, he is saying that it was a misscomunication!! I asked for his manager name & phone number or e-mail, and nor reply ...i am still waiting for 6 days already!
Stay away! Ask your doctor/insurance for other company!!!

They have been really good to me with my new power wheelchair I got a second set of tires I had a battery charger I need to pay for a cup holder which is wrong I'm just now starting to have trouble with I don't know the electronics and I'll be riding all the sudden it shuts off or slows down I don't understand what's going on other than that they're pretty good

Worst customer service possible. In the world of DME Suppliers, they are number 1 at one thing: these folks are just interested in taking your money, they could care less about you and your health. Even the sleep center said they were awful, but systematically, they were the one referred just because they have the contract. So glad we went with another supplier after months of dealing with these clowns.

My primary Dr office called to make sure they took my phone insurance before sending my prescription for a nebulizer and was told they would contact me. No call from them I had to do the calling. Today was told they would expedite it through today. Next thing I know they call and say they don't take my health net ppo and were sending prescription back to the Dr. If they don't take my ppo tell the Dr's office you don't instead of saying yes and then change their mind poor service

Wanted to order 3 replacement items for my CPAP machine and was told it was covered by insurance with a 50% copay. In the end I’m getting and paying for 6 items because of packaging and insurance recomendation?Checked online and found the items for a fraction of what they billed my insurance. You can get the parts online for less than your copay. This is why insurance costs continue to climb.

They made AFOs for my son and they didn’t even have hinges or a strap across the foot. Look up “aero mobility” and call the number it’s out of Anaheim NOT VV and definitely not a place for these products, it’s a wheelchair van rental company that goes straight to this place if you call. Seems like this guy burned some bridges and this is a complete scam. Idk if he’s even actually qualified to be running this business but he’s about to be out of a license for negligence. My son can get seriously hurt. I’m just posting so others don’t fall for this.

Terrible service. My partner has a CPAP and every time he needs new supplies it’s like pulling teeth with these people. Today he called to try to get new CPAP supplies, and Christine on the phone was incredibly rude and nasty. She does NOT need to be answering phone calls from patients. His doctor wants him to have new supplies (mask and hose) every 3 months, and Christine insisted that he’s only supposed to get them every 6 months, interrupted him when he asked for clarification, quoted dates at him when he asked for supplies in the past (instead of actually LOOKING at the doctor’s order) - he’s got ADHD, he forgets to call on time a lot. It might be helpful to, you know, auto ship supplies according to the doctor’s order? But G-d forbid companies do anything remotely intelligent.

If you can find ANYWHERE else to get your medical supplies from, do it. They obviously don’t care a single iota about patient care.
