My wife went in to have her foot x-rayed on friday, 5 days ago. The PA said they thought it was broken. The x-rays have not yet been read after multiple phone calls. This is ridiculous.

It so easy to get prepared at home with signing in and paying and just walking up to the waiting room when you send them an “I’m here”. And waited maybe 5 min to see the doc.

I have been with Kaiser since my daughter was born in 1971 in the La Mesa hospital, they had such wonderful doctors back then but now they don't seem to have the time of day for their patients. How very sad, maybe they just don't care about the older ones. I feel like we don't matter. So sad, so very, very sad.

Never enough parking. Never enough staff at this location. Sometimes it takes me over a month to get a Doctor's appointment. Your best bet is to go to urgent care first thing in the morning in La mesa.
Remember Bostonia pharmacy is now CLOSED on Saturday's I had been seeing over 100 cars every Saturday morning pull in get out the leave. Typical of kiaser cutting costs and nothing changes.
