My son had a appointment to take his wisdom teeth out. Before making the appointment i asked if everything was coved by the insurance and was told yes by 2 different people. Showed up and they tell me i had to pay $2000 for something that the insurance didn't cover. It would be nice if they tell you everything upfront instead of the same day of the procedure. My son missed school and i missed a day of work for nothing. Very disappointed. They need better customer service......

I have had a terrible week. However today took the cake. Right after lunch, I broke my back tooth. I called my regular dentist who said that she wanted to leave work early today, so she would see me next week instead. I was in entirely too much pain for that, so I did a Google search and saw I'd be passing a Western Dental. I took a chance and made the phone call and they got me in to fix it. Let me just say, I have never thought much about western dental, but today's visit really changed my mind. There were thoughtful caring and comforting. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but by the time I left there I was so at ease it was ridiculous. One of the dentist even hugged me on the way out. Definitely where I'm gonna go for the rest of eternity.

My braces journey started off a little sketchy. I felt like I was being sold a flying vehicle right off the lot. That should’ve been my first wake up call to not sign a contract with this company. I unfortunately did end up signing that contract because I was very hopeful, and the orthodontist was pretty reassuring. I was also seeing the general dentist on the other side of the office, in the same Western Dental. The general dentist stated that I had needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled before braces were put on my teeth. The orthodontist advised me not to have the wisdom teeth pulled when general dentist stated that it would cause overcrowding and be impossible for the teeth to straighten. I listen to the orthodontist and not the general dentist And that was probably my mistake. My braces were on for about 2 1/2 years. We seen the orthodontist every 4 to 6 weeks. I would go in for my appointment and never missed an appointment. I would pay close attention to what the orthodontist would tell me and what he would write on my slip for the orthodontist assistant most of the time the orthodontist assistant would make mistakes and not follow the paperwork or listen to the orthodontist when he had changed what was on the paperwork. I have witness orthodontist assistance, making mistakes and not performing the work. The orthodontist had stated should be done for that patient and they would allow the patient to walk out and not even do the work for that patient. Most of the time after leaving my orthodontist appointment, they would bug for me to leave reviews saying how good the service was at their establishment. I would leave fake reviews embellishing how good services were when in fact I knew they were horrible . I will be deleting any reviews left prior to this to prevent misleading anyone . I would also like to add that at the end of my contract of 2 1/2 years long the orthodontist approached me stating the office wanted him to put me under a new contract after fully paying off a contract to do the work. I refused after watching so many patients walking out not getting the work they were supposed to receive due to lack of communication between staff and orthodontist . How about you treat everyone well?No one should be forced to purchase any of your dental products or service's. You mistreated my teen. You are unprofessional. HOW DARE YOU?

Had an appt for 4pm. Adult special needs son had busted out front tooth on Sunday. Waited over an hour due to other patients. During our waiting time the office manager and the front desk reception suggested I go elsewhere due to them being too busy or maybe not wanting to examine a patient with special needs. It was even offered for the dentist to Rx so.ething for pain yet my son had not been examined yet. I believe a patient should be examined prior to treatment and Rx for pain. I had a legit appt I was fine with waiting my turn I felt the office staff did not want to see my son for their own biased reasons. Kept asking if he will be okay for an exam, as in behavior, he was calmly waiting for that exam. The office manager assumed we both had appointments and I clarified I was only there due to his dental emergency, missing front adult tooth bloody socket needs repair. The office manager claims she "undersrands" however I know she does not actually listen to the patients. It was our first and last visit. Special Needs adults deserve good quality health care and Western Dental does not even have that present their front office. Filed an official complaint with corporate.

Great office and great staff. Front and back office were both pleasant. Dr. Jenielle, I hope spelled her name correctly, she was very sweet and gentle with my daughter. It really was a great experience to watch my daughter’s anxiety go down. It takes a special person to do that. Our follow up visit, the next day, was with Dr. Min. My daughter was happy to see her. She has worked on her before and it was a treat for her to see her again and have her work on her. She really knows how to motivate patients to be good on brushing and flossing. I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

No one told me of the absurd waiting time involved when you see a specialist. I had a 9am appointment, only to find out it didn't mean anything.. Bottom line after about 2.5 hrs the specialist said he couldn't help me. Referred me to, now het this, Referred me to a specialist
