Don not use this provider..they been cancelling my parents appt an hr before the appt?not just 3x..something wrong with this place..staff are disorganize..we had enough!.lousy service!.?and I have to take off work to drive my 83 and 72 yr old parents and to translate we don’t even bother them til it’s worst needed to be seen last seen 1.5yr ago..suddenly the NP has emergency? wish it will be really worst Emergency comes..Yes I’m pissed coz my parents are ready and didn’t even eat..been with them over 20yrs my children with Dr Neal were so happy and my parents with Dr. Swartch they’re good..must be the lousy staff keep changing and some NP’s canceling last mins..be professional coz we patiente was advice by u guys to cancel ahead of time..24hrs right.?

This place is the worst. Dr. Robert Loera and his staff are the worst medical professionals I have ever encountered. I went to an appointment yesterday that I scheduled in person only to be told I wasn't on the schedule. Once they put me back on the schedule, then I had to wait in the exam room for over an hour. So I started to walk out and a nurse told me that the doctor was reviewing my file and he would be with me shortly. After another 15 minutes went by and no doctor, I walked out.

I refuse to go back, because this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this clinic. I went to a appointment and waited over 3 hours in pain only for Dr. Loera to tell me that "we are not doing injectables today ". So I waited and received no treatment whatsoever. I guess he forgot about his oath to first do no harm.

Do not go to this doctor! Very dark and dirty office!we had an emergency for our 4yr old and they refused to see her..they scheduled an over the phone appointment but never called!! They do not care!please save time and find someone that actually cares for their patients

My experience is rated 5 stars based on the experiences I have had with my Drs NP Rebecca Duran. I have been seeing Rebecca for a few years now, she is always very nice and she always shows concern with solutions to the issues I am having. She takes her time with me and makes me feel very comfortable. I am extremely happy with the service that she provides to me every single time and I am very happy to be under her care.

This place is a joke. Ever sunce i started going there 6months ago. I make an appointment to wait an hour and a half to be seen for 5 minutes of rudeness. They called me for my daughters appointment tjen didnt even know why she was there. 6 months ago i went in and requested a mamogram 5 months later get a call at 515 that my appointment was for the next day in another town.My daughter was diagnosed 4 months ago with diabetis and they sent her home with meds but forgot to give her her blood meter then. To check her sugar. But just ordered it today. 4 months later. This office takes appointments to there convenience not what time you make your appointment.. Im neveR GOING BACK. #WORSE DOCTOR EVER.....No recomendations here...

Excellent bed side manners. My Dr. And staff listens.
Only problem right now , I've been trying to call for 2 days! As soon as I dial, I get disconnected. It doesn't even ring! Ive called 248 times and I can't get thru! I don't know how else to get ahold of my Dr.! Anyone else have this problem? I've look for a email but don't see one! If any of the staff sees this, please call Carol Lummus!

Been taking my daughter here for over 7 years & the staff have changed a few times, from doctors to nurses. Not a good move, far as the front desk is concerned.. The staff they have now Libby & Casandra or something like that are VERY rude. & you can't complain because the head nurse Saundra is just as rude & she does absolutely NOTHING to help. There is one sweet one which is Mary, if she's not there & you can bypass the rudeness & get to a doctor its up hill from there.. But what I will not do is refer anyone to this office & thinking about moving her to the Moreno Valley office, because its like if you don't like your job which is to HELP people then why work where you're suppose to HELP people.. Dr. Neal is FANTASTIC with my daughter thought.

Don’t count on any forms being filled out in a timely manner. I was told it would take 3-4 days to have a physical form filled out. It is now10 business days later and I still have to wait another business day because the doctor couldn’t be bothered to fill it out. The only paper left to have my child enrolled for school but of course that’s not this doctors office concern. All you can get is a sorry... sorry doesn’t fix the fact that now my child is behind in school and this will just delay my child another week.
