We thought we needed new wheels for a walker so were advised to order them. The sales person never told us the price and when the parts arrived they were $150 for 2 wheels, almost half the cost of a new walker. We were obligated to buy them and as it turns out, the original wheels were fine. The staff needs to be more forthcoming and honest about prices and the need to buy additional parts.

Bestcare help me get the best thing in my life, a CPAP machine! Mathew was very helpful and gave me clear instructions on how to work and clean the machine. He's very professional and nice which is very helpful when you're using a new machine.
I've used them before to get a wrist brace for my carpal tunnel and they're really nice to help me with that too. But the CPAP machine was the largest thing I've gotten from them.

Worst customer care I've ever experienced. I've been working with them to get supplies in the past 9 months. When I called recently, they told me that I'm not eligible until 3 weeks later. But I've been on a 3 months schedule for the past 9 months. So I asked them to look it up. Turns out that they somehow had a delay for my last order for 2 weeks. So my whole eligibility was delayed for 2 weeks. This has implication on my insurance deductibles for the whole year. The rep on the phone was really rude. She told me that there was July 4th holiday and they cannot guarantee that there was no delay. I told her that that's why I called them couple days before and paid my co-pay. She told me that I could find some other vendor, and asked me in a way that's like an ultimatum: Do you want me to put in the order?!
Please do yourself a favor, find a more capable and customer friendly vendor.

They've never once contacted me about my breast pump even though it was approved through insurance last month. When I did get to speak to someone, they said it could be delivered to my house. It has been 2 additonal weeks and still no pump or tracking number or any confirmation was sent to me. I have since called them back a few times to follow up. They gave me different stories of not knowing its status and then changed it to they don't have my insurance information or that they might be able to send it next week. Upon reading other reviews, it seems like poor customer service is their standard work ethic with their medical equipment department. This tells me they do not care about their customers at all.

The entire staff at Best Care Pharmacy is kind, patient, professional, and efficient. They helped me to get all the at home durable medical equipment and prescriptions that my brother needed upon his return home after a stroke. This was a huge load taken off my shoulders. They continue to provide excellent customer service to my brother.
