The experience with the technician and the doctor for the eye exam and the process of determining my correct vision for my prescription was one of the best experiences I've had in a professional setting. They answered all of my random questions, made me laugh, and had solid knowledge to share. I was really excited to get my first pair of glasses since I've never needed them before and made that very clear throughout the entire interaction at this location. When it came time to select my frames, that's when I was a bit disappointed. The doctor mentioned that I would be shown to the other room where a really nice woman would help me select the correct frames. When I walked over I asked them how this worked since I had never had glasses before. She told me that I should go over and find ones that fit my style and feel good. I am a very precise person so I asked further questions about determining the correct sizes glasses for your face. It was at this point I expected them to take some kind of measurements or use a tool to help me get the right glasses for my face. Instead they were kind and explained about the position of the frames on my nose as a guide. In the moment I didn't want to be rude and keep asking so I got the ones that felt right.

When I got home my wife explained that when she got her first pair of glasses it is actually common for the office to take measurements instead of the process I went through. And that when I asked her about them feeling a bit off, confirmed that they were slightly the wrong size and needed to be adjusted. I want to stress that everyone was very kind amd pleasant. However, paying over $200 for that experience should come with precise guidance so I can be informed as a first time buyer.

As a second note, I dropped my glasses in a crowd and they were stepped on so one of the lenses broke. So as instructed I called the office to inquire about the warranty that was described to me. When I described my issue I was informed that my issue didn't meet the criteria of the warranty. That being said I don't remember a range of issues being described to me at the office when at the time of purchasing so I was fully informed as a buyer and again I was disappointed by the fact that I'd have to spend $200 on another pair of glasses because I dropped mine and the warranty doesn't cover them.

I think this is a great location with seemingly really nice folks. My experience with purchasing my first pair of glasses though was lacking in the kind of service to my needs as a first time buyer of frames that I myself as a business owner would expect to give. Hope this is insightful.

These folks understand customer service. On time with exam, helpful on how my vision needs will be met in the future. Here is the kicker, called 20 after the appointment to let me know they found a way to reduce my cost on visit and were refunding a portion of my cost. The money was already on my CC, they took the Time and Effort to process the refund. Most importantly their care was AWESOME!
