We had a low air loss mattress delivered for my bed bound mother in law, the delivery person bought in the mattress, set it up and inflated it and left. Not giving us any instructions or information. We would have had no way of knowing about the functions of the bed without the YouTube videos we found from your company. We wouldn't have known that the bed should be inflated according to the patients weight. After viewing the video we checked the setting and it was on 250#, she weighs maybe 140... Delivery personal need to instruct users. We obviously were a new customer as he took away a standard mattress. We are happy with the product itself. It seems to be working well. Just hope it helps the existing pressure ulcer that she has from getting any worse. Wish we had been aware of this remedy earlier. In conclusion.... please have delivery personnel instruct user or have user directed to instruction video .

This company was used for hospices care for my mother in law. They were the most professional medical equipment company that we have worked with. When installing all the equipment the gentleman went thru each piece and made sure we were comfortable with its use. After the passing of my mother in-law they were there the next day to remove equipment.
Highly recommend this company.
