Ray Fishers hooked us up with a used Jazzy Air power wheel chair for a decent cost. They were able to accommodate our request to deliver the chair and take our old chair the same day. The delivery man was very helpful and gave throughout instructions for use of the new to us power chair. Also, Randy was very knowledgeable on power chairs and was able to help us find our perfect fit based on what we loved about the old chair. Would definitely recommend Ray Fisher for handicapped needs. Randy also worked with us past hours of operation to ensure we were satisfied with the product, let us test drive the chair, and helped us address any concerns. He also showed us that our new chair has a wonderful anti-tip feature with seatbelt, which is great for our fall risk family member.

Worst place ever for equipment. Got a hospital bed for 12 hours only and my dad doesnt like it and they will not refund us our money. Ripping off the elderly. Everywhere else you can get a refund. Stay away from these crooks.

Over the last few years this pharmacy has been doing a great job until I graduated from hospice. Then last year I was told by Nancy and/or staff that they only really fill orders for hospice. Since than I’ve been having issues with having my medication filled and delivered since this is something that I really need with me being physically, unable to pick it up. Sunday medication was sent over to the pharmacy from urgent care for me. Nancy refused to refill my medication because it came from a different doctor And one of the medication was a partial feel of the medication that I just received, for it will be equal amount to a medication that I have It was not filled. I called today to inquire about my medication, and she wanted me to give her my diagnosis Before she would fill it. I told her feel free to call to find out why they prescribe me the medication I’m not sure if this is legal or not But I’m kind of feeling about this. I really would like to speak with the owner of this Establishment. So if you could please reach out to me So I can have a conversation with you because I do have some questions. Thank you. I did reach out to the owner and I didn’t get a response….

This place needs better customer service especially those in the pharmacy department. I just asked when my mom’s prescription expired because I didn’t catch what she said the first time, and she sighed on the phone. Rude! Please be more attentive and caring of your customer’s needs!

My father had hip replacement surgery. Per the phone calls from the hospital, I was informed very minimal supplies would be provided post op. I went to Ray fisher to retrieve a few bathroom items: shower chair, toilet riser, gloves, etc.
because the items are bathroom items, they’re non returnable. Totally understandable. I took my purchased items, threw them in the car and headed to my dad’s. Within seconds of leaving Ray Fisher, my sister alerted me that the hospital did in fact provide a chair, so I whipped the car around and headed straight back to Ray fisher.
I told the gal I had JUST left and though aware of policies, the minutes it took me to get back was due to traffic. Said gal gets on phone with her manager who stated because the product “left the property” I could not return it.
I understand policy, the receipt read 1:36pm, I was back in store to return it by 1:43pm. It would have cost nothing for the almighty manager to return it but the quality of customer care of this place has dwindled for years. This business used to be riddled with people who were compassionate and had that personable attribute. I give 2 stars since they have items that other retailers don’t carry.
But management: DO BETTER.

Do not shop here.

1. their prices are double of what they are online. They know you need items ASAP and they take full advantage of it. I try to support local businesses but that’s too much to ven for me.

2. they have an absolute no refund policy apparently in bathroom items. This is after only three days, with receipt and stickers still on the items. I was planning on buying a recliner here but no any more. Just FYI so the same thing does not happen to the next guy.
