This urgent care has the best staff! Always pleasant and professional at the window. Out the back, the staff I've seen here are knowledgeable, caring and treat properly.

The wait was not long, staff was nice, but the office smells heavily of mildew. Very clean just very strong smell. They also do not have an oxygen test toe piece to check oxygen for a baby so I’d go ER if you have an infant.

I have been here a few times for different things each time and they have always been helpful and nice which is comforting especially when you don’t feel good already and have doctor office anxiety. The female doctor with the short haircut and glasses is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and made me feel heard. Thank you Hanford urgent care for your hospitality!

They said this is positive for TB. I have done skin test literally a dozen times because I worked in the middle east. I never was positive and they instantly said im positive. And they have a referral form ready which I find very sketchy. These clowns clearly don’t know what they are doing. And if you want physical exam don’t come here they will just shake your knees and elbows and say good to go. ?

I visited Urgent Care of Hanford for the first time today and was not expecting a good experience. I postpone going to the Dr. all the time because I haven't had many good experiences in the past. The doctors and nurses were fabulous and I felt like they genuinely cared about making me feel better instead just trying to get me in and out. I was honestly expecting an Urgent Care facility to be quick and careless, especially on a holiday weekend. I was very surprised by the friendliness of the staff and will definitely come back to this location in the future. I must also note that I am terrible with needles and they were very understanding and helpful with that also, (unlike prior experiences I have had other places). I definitely recommend this location.

They had me wait for well over an hour before telling me they didn't accept my insurance. That was the first thing I asked them before even driving over there. Plus the receptionist is rude.
