Office full of patients but it was cool in the waiting room. Was in and out within 1 hr seeing the doctor. It always impresses me how timely the doctor is in seeing me. Wait time is low once I get into a patient room. Reviewed medical & prescription needs with ease. Very efficient. Had left a message for doctors nurse to call me with a question I had but as of 2 days later, still no response. I got my answer to my question from pharmacist. Returning x1 month. Good visit and appreciate Dr Santivañez and his care.

The office staff is kind and courteous, the office and bathrooms were clean and nice , and the doctor Amy Grigore was wonderful! It’s extremely hard these days to find one that listens takes their time, and has empathy for their patients .. I was pleasantly surprised that she was all of those things ! I am very happy with my experience ?

I’ve only spoken to him once but I realize that he is in it for real. What I mean is that he set me up with more than a month’s worth of appointments. He make a set time as well. Covid has changed the way therapist handle patients! Making the appointments and setting a permanent time with me already made me feel better and that he’s invested in more than a check from my insurance. I’m looking forward to seeing him again
