I usually don't do reviews good or bad because I know things are situational and things change and fluctuate. However all the years I've been coming to family healthcare and while I have had a couple of good experiences with doctors I will say the one I'm seeing now is by far exceptional and just in the few times I've seen her she has done so much more than any of the other ones I've had a history with. She is caring and attentive and hears you out rather than dismiss you and leave you feeling unheard and confused. I have been so impressed with her that my husband is now seeing her as well. This woman definitely went to medical school for the sole purpose of people and helping. That I am convinced. Allison woodworth is phenomenal and I hope this practice is appreciating her to the fullest.

I think there horrible when it comes to the kid clinic I took three kids to the family healthcare in Hanford on 5th st. Horrible service. I feel for single mom or dads that have mored than one child they have to take 2 kids at a time because they only let one parent per 2 kids. Smh

The most HORRIBLE medical place I have ever been to. My friend was right. It's like a fast food place. You go to stand in their drive thru for them to get your order wrong. Only thing missing is them asking if you would like fries with that.
I had taken both my boys there. The first one is adhd and takes medication. I was told DO NOT MISS A DOSAGE.
A few days before he ran out I called the pharmacy who told.me they could not refill because of it being a narcotic. So I call down and tell them and they tell me he needs to be seen and made me an appointment for Wednesday. Which is SIX DAYS no meds. They wouldn't even give him anything until the appointment. By Sunday he was complaining of headaches. I took him in and they said only a provider can give him the script. WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 8PM was his appointment. I told them no, He needs it now. So they told me to come in Monday morning. I do. And they REFUSE my sons script telling me his doctor has to give it to him. No other provider could do it and his provider isn't in until.wednsedays so 8 have to call on Tuesday and hope they have an opening. I REFUSED TO LEAVE. They tried to get me to leave and I would not. They even tried to tell me to go home the doctor was going to do a virtual visit. I said i have my phone with me. You want me out of your office, give my some his medication, that's all I want. Then they said they would have someone come talk to me. I told them well I hope he has a script because we aren't leaving unless we have a script. then dr. NAGRANI shows up instead of doing a virtual. Told me he would send the script in. I was afraid to leave thinking it was another lie. But he was a man of his word and called it in. I WAS TOLD ONLY MY SONS DOC5OR COULD GIVE THE SCRIPT. NOW ANYONE CAN? WAS THAT SO HARD? Apparently so for this place.
NOW ONTO MY SECOND SON. He has asthma. They gave him four types of medications but only called in for 2. I have written and called them and they still couldn't get it right so I had to take him in and guess what? THEY STILL DID NOT GET IT RIGHT.
I'm going back to adventist. When I was talking to some people on the elevator, they agreed with me that FHCN is a joke and i asked why they go then and they said they have medi cal and hardly anyone takes it and it's convenient. You have dental, medical and ob gyn in one clinic. I told them i would rather drive my child to different places than deal with their unprofessional staff.
Don't waste your time here, not worth it, just like the other clinic that closed down.. waste of time and money.
I HAD to give them at least ine star. Put a minus in front of it. Such a waste of our tax paying money.

DON'T GO HERE. Waste of money and time.

They will:
- Misdiagnose you
- Order unnecessary tests with high copays
- Refuse to write you referrals (not my experience, but some friends have had this)

I really like this place. The staff is mostly friendly & it's a pretty good environment. How They treat my kids I like best, theyr very good. UPDATE; My wife & I just got blood drawn & idk if the lady was in a hurry or what but darn it did she bruise our arms bad. Never bruised like this b4, absolutely ridiculous. The place itself is still awesome but whom ever does the labs needs work.

Other providers are cool and listen to what is going on, except for Dr. Donella Jenkins. Tried to explain what was going on with my lower back always interrupted me. And since I had zero pain at that exact moment her words “you don’t have back pain, what exactly do you want us to do” and then starts explaining how her back starts to hurt and tries to make it seem as if my problem is just like hers. Worst doctor to even ask for.

You guys need to be more prepared and more professional you guys ain’t right they don’t call us to let us we need to reschedule because are doctor not here how we gonna know if you guys sit behind the counter you guys got a lot of free time to call us this a stupid as hospital hire better people

Attended my child fast even as a walk in. 20mins didn't even pass and called him in. The doctor was great!
They still have some work to do with the nurses about conversations about patients at ear shot but that's tolerable as long as I'm in and out as quickly as possible.

Overall, it's improving.
