Michelle is undoubtedly one of the best massage therapists in the county. Her deep tissue massage was exceptional, targeting all my problem areas with precision. I left feeling incredibly rejuvenated, with noticeably reduced shoulder tension and improved overall mobility, especially around my ankles where I have some challenges. Michelle gave such a wonderful massage. Her studio was so calm, clean, neat and esthetically pleasing. She was very easy to be around, listened to what was going on with my body. I truly felt that she was grounded and present throughout the whole session, which is so rare to come across in the busyness of the world today.

I have been working with a chiropractor to address a frozen shoulder and received a glowing referral for Esperanza Del Mar from the front desk staff. I have had a lot of bodywork and am generally skeptical when someone offering a referral says "that was the best massage I've ever had!" but in this case it's deserved. Michelle really knows her stuff. She focused on my problem area with neuromuscular techniques, cupping, and a gentle, intuitive, knowledgeable touch that really helped open up my range of motion. I'm looking forward to my next session!!

?Michelle is an awesome massage therapist! ?

I had a 1 hr neuromuscular masage and she did a great job focusing on my trouble area. Her space is clean and comfortable, and decorated really cute.

You can tell by her touch that she really knows her anatomy and works from the heart!

I have less pain and more range of motion since her massage and I plan on going back for a longer session next time!

I have had two sessions with Michelle already and am very satisfied with her knowledge and skills with body mechanics and communication. I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone with chronic pain or any other issues with the body. She knows what to look for and is good with trigger point therapy.
