They were very Professional and kind, I had to wait a long time for my appointment however it was because the appointment before me had some complications and ran long. The staff kept me updated about the delay, offered to bring mr back a different day if it was more convenient. Once I went in, my session was fast, and the staff very helpful in explaining next steps for me. Thank you!

Everyone was so professional and Kind. The person who sat in the front office had earlier scheduled my appointment. I had chosen a very early appointment because I thought it was the only appointment available. Once he found out I was coming from Scotts Valley, he called me and asked if I would want a later appointment just to make sure I was safe. I thought that was very kind of him. The technician who took the MRI was very thorough and very professional and explained everything that I would be going through regarding the MRI. I would highly recommend Simon med imaging in Watsonville.

Super easy visit. Scheduling can get a little funky when dealing with insurance and authorizations, but I had received communications leading up to my appointment date and they called me a day prior to my appointment to confirm. The whole process from start to finish was super easy. Friendly staff.

My doctor wanted an MRI done for another medical procedure I would be having within two weeks. The only appointment available in the South Santa Clara area was at St. Louise Hosp in Gilroy, at the end of Sept! ! ! Well, we all know what I my thoughts were that note. Then it was suggested to contacted SimorMed Imaging. Their staff check through all there various locations to find an opening that fits to your needs. Although, it may not be in your specific location. Like I live in Morgan Hill and they found an opening in Watsoville ( about a 20 min drive). But, I was able to meet my necessary deadline. If you too have issues finding an imaging lab, consider the fine folks at SimorMed Imaging.
