If I could give Dr. Kyla Yee and staff a 10, I would! After a month of getting subpar care through multiple avenues and with my gyne issues turning into a nightmare, along with extremely limited access with my previous OB/gyn office, I was desperate to see a gynecologist. So I was shocked to see how easy the online scheduling was for a new patient for Dr. Yee. I got there early for my appointment, and her staff mentioned she would be so pleased to see that her first new-patient appointment for the morning was already here early to get checked-in as she makes it a point to be on time for her patients. The appointment went so smoothly as she took the time to listen to the compounded history, so was able to thoroughly address my multiple issues that had piled on. I was amazed she could do this without making me feel like she was rushed at all, and still be on time for her next patient! I felt so reassured through the process and am feeling a whole lot better in one short day because of her accessibility, attentiveness, and great expertise!
