Providers I've been to here are not attentive, they are not attentive, they stare more at the computer screen, check off boxes it seems like, and treatment is far from personalized. I feel more like a product in a factory assembly line, not a human in need of care. Questions to ask are limited and answers are short and thoroughly explained. I don't recommend Kaiser anymore. The level of care has gone way down. They've also closed several departments, appointments are limited and short.

I am very confortable with my doctor . We briefly spoke about my medical history and ordered all my labs and vaccines while we were talking about my retirement. He showed me that he was very concerned about my health . I truly enjoy the services that I have received from Kaiser Permanente Hospital.

My visit with my pcp, Neev Schweibinz really was a 5 star this time, much better this time but there is distrust sewn already based on previous experiences where I felt ignored, unheard, and therefore had several traumatic medical experiences. She needs to listen better and advocate for client care better not send me out for the wolves. I don’t want to hear about Kaiser bureaucracy protocol (wasting my time /7 money sending me in circles) anymore as this has become synonymous with(and an excuse) for poor medical care.

I'm very happy with my new doctor, I was seeing by Margarita she explained everything in a way I could understand very well and her assistant was very nice and abviosusly very professional
