Recently purchased a hearing aid upgrade and the customer service was excellent. Not only was extensive testing of my hearing done, but I had a week to trial to test the new aids and be certain they were right for me. There is free service for 3 years including cleaning and adjustment. Kevin Garrett, B.S., HAD is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

I avoided getting hearing aids for years…even taught myself how to read lips!! I was scared and nervous, hated even wearing ear pods or plugs. But, my hearing loss kept getting worse, so I finally surrendered to “trying out” hearing aids and I love them!! Wish I would have got them sooner. Kevin was super informative and helpful. He is very professional and made the process smooth. It definitely takes time to adjust to all the sounds of the “new world” around you, but I love that I’m now more soft spoken and can hear my pre-teens whispering under their breath (hahaha). Thanks again Kevin for all your expertise! I will highly recommend you and your company to anyone that needs your services!

He made my mom feel at ease as he explained the process and the technology that has improved hearing aids over the years. The staff is very polite and professional. My mother had a bad experience with anther hearing place, thus she was afraid to go to this hearing facility. Kevin treated her with kindness and patience. Mom received her hearing aids and had them adjusted. A few months later one didn't work , it was replaced immediately. I would definitely suggest others go there too. Even got an AARP DISCOUNT.

Excellent professional reception. In spite of the pandemic, I felt comfortable receiving their services, because both the technician and myself, practiced safe distancing, as much as possible & wore our face masks, to successfully determine my hearing deficiency.
