I guess I went at the right time because there was no one in the lobby so I had zero wait time. Even if I did have to wait, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the medical assistant made me feel so comfortable and the doctor on duty was caring and knowledgeable so I would still give them a 5 start review. I thought I would miss my previous insurance plan because they were so convenient but I have loved all of Sutter Healths doctors and the process for appointments has been pretty easy so far. Very happy!

I have always been helped with very little wait time. All of the staff are friendly and efficient. The doctors always take the time to listen to what the issues are. This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been too!

This was an overall, very nice experience from the welcoming staff at the desk,To the assistant who took my vitals, and the medical assistant who spoke to me before the doctor came in
They were all very professional and courteous.
I was then seen by the doctor who listened intently.
And responded to my symptoms
I required an X-ray which didn't take as long as I thought it would. And the x ray tech was also quite pleasant.

Short waiting time and front desk was polite and efficient.
Dr. Gutierrez was very professional and friendly. Tested my problematic knee in different positions but guarded with care that the motions didn't hurt me. Dr. Gutierrez focused on my needs and provided short term and mid term treatment recommendation. Thank you, Doc.

Always have a great experience at Sutter Urgent Care from the receptionist when I first get there to the Nurses and Doctors who treat me they are all really nice and very attentive and what I like most about Sutter Urgent Care is that I'm in and out in a timely manner

I went in to be seen and check-in was easy and the medical assistant was pleasant. The wait time was not long but I’m guessing it’s because I went early in the morning and the staff was great and very thorough with my care. Much appreciated!!

Doctor Stephanie Tai is one of the best doctors I’ve met. This is my second interaction with her with a two year lapse and she is very sweet, compassionate, thorough and professional. The two MAs I interacted with a Hispanic woman and a Caucasian man were very very professional and awesome. Very professional team.
