I’m a very nervous person and when it comes to the dentist it gets even worse. The people working here are friendly and supportive. I’m very pleased with the doctors and hygienists that I have had. I definitely feel an improvement on my oral health and even my confidence. Thank you to all of you for all the good work.

I had the worst experience at this location. I had to switch my dentist because I moved to a diferente location and decided to book my cleaning at this location. The dentist had no patient focus. He shared he didn't have enough time to do my cleaning. The staff asked if I could wait for an hour when my appointment was booked 6 months in advanced.. to sum it up. I would NOT recommend this location. Strongly encourage you to look for a location that would value you and your business.

Beware of this office, I had two crowns added to my payment plan before they were done. It ended up that we were not able to do the crowns because they now wanted to do crown lengthening first for an additional $1200, at that that time I declined everything not realizing the crowns had already been placed into the payment arrangement. I have contacted Sabrina the office manager several times in regard to this. Each time she states that she will look into it, or she will cancel payment arrangement and calculate my refund and call me back...that call never comes. I am owed a refund of 958.85 and I have had to involve Pacific dental services, my insurance company and small claims will be my next step...Very unprofessional

I have been member with them may be 2 years first doctor was very nice he knew what he was doing I was happy, second time I went that time was lady she didn’t know nothing she was oh am sorry and they didn’t good job cleaning my teeth I asked can you clean clearly she was upset I can see by her face I was thinking to cancel the plan am like let’s give 1 more chance today I went my teeth was swelling I told doctor it’s swelling he said he didn’t see nothing wrong he was telling me do I need second opinion if the doctor doesn’t know then why you become doctor I wanna mention his name but it’s ok any way the lady was cleaning my teeth was nice but didn’t clean good. I think this place is a joke. Am going to cancel my plan no more.

Really impressed with this group. Im a new patient and I must say very impressive. Front office was great, the back office dentist was great and the orthodontist who is in house was spectacular. Very clean place and they were always on schedule. 5 stars all the way.

I'm new to the area and I tried out this group of dentists. My partner and I were able to be seen by different dentists on the same day. We even were able to get crowns in. Very efficient team. Jose, Elena, and Sabrina were very kind and personable. Lovely experience, will keep going! Very knowledgeable and approachable

Update: I have to update my review. I am contacting the Dental board of California. I had an appointment for a 6 mos cleaning today. A different dentist, Dr. Knight looked at my teeth, scraped for about 2 minutes and said, no cavities. I was told a hygienist would be in shortly to clean my teeth. Instead, the office manager came in and polished my teeth and asked if I wanted fluoride. She then applied fluoride and said I could go, as she was all done. I asked her when is the hygienist coming to clean my teeth? She said, that's it, we're done. I asked are you a hygienist? She said no, I don't need to see a hygienist, I don't have any cavities and my teeth and gums look great. I asked to see my chart. She logged in and pulled up my chart (the dentist didn't even have my chart up). She read my numbers and said my teeth are great.
I am horrified. Did an office manager just "clean" my teeth and do my exam? I am stunned, scared and I don't know what to do. I will be contacting my insurance company as well

Dr. Elena Dmitrieva was wonderful. She saved my tooth and I did not have to get a root canal or a crown. She was patient and kind and never rushed. I am so happy that I found a kind dentist that cares. A++++

Very pleasant and positive experience for me and my young child. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for dental care. Shout out to Brittany and Sabrina for making the entire visit very easy.
