My daughter is attending the PHP program through the new adolescent facility in Roseville. We have been in a residential program with no improvement and a different IOP program where we were told they couldn’t help us. This program is run by Dr. LIERLY and other licensed professionals who are available and active in the care of my daughter. This facility has given us hope for the first time in months and my daughter actually likes going. She is willing to work on improving skills in communication and coping and feels as though what she says and does matters. I was lucky enough to have been given the information about this facility by the executive assistant Heather who wholeheartedly believes in what this company provides for the patients. Heather spoke extremely highly of her executive leader IXEL and when he reached out to speak with me personally as my daughter was in crisis I was shocked. I knew I wanted to give Sierra Health and wellness the opportunity to help my daughter if they could. This facility has given us back hope for the future.

I’m very excited about the new adolescent location in Roseville! I had the opportunity to visit and experience the space first hand. As a counselor and life coach for teens, I’m impressed by the warm, welcoming staff, beautiful and calming spaces and upcoming workshops for our teenagers. I highly recommend visiting and learning about their programs!

Environment is not one that is supportive of each individuals needs . I went to two separate locations and tried virtual outpatient and it was all the same , disappointing to say the least.
I felt that money is what drives this company and they really only prioritize keeping all the beds filled with who they can get the most money from . I was lied to about medical insurance and the coverage I was able to receive by the clinical staff and when confronted about it they denied it. I called my insurance and was told I had no limit to my coverage amount when it came to treatment but the staff at both the concord an Monterey locations were not able to get me the time I knew I needed which was at least 30 days . I never got the chance to have more than 18 days and it was a fight just to get those days . I truly was let down and had to look elsewhere. I found much better options in Los Angeles and smaller groups with 6 people instead of 20 + to get the one on one therapy and support that is crucial. I will never go back to Sierra health and wellness again and strongly recommend against it .
