Just come for my first appointment for my first time and when I go to the front desk the lady tells me for Primary Care I go to zone or section area 3 and I just wait for them to call me so I go and I ask another lady that's sitting there waiting and she said no we have to check in at the front and I told her they just told me to come and wait so I wait there for 50 minutes nearly and then finally a very nice worker comes and asks me if I'm waiting for something and I said yes I'm waiting for my appointment at 9:30 which is already going on 10:15 10:20 and she said that that zone is not for Primary Care and it's somewhere else in zone 5 or something and she walks me over there and helps me gives me to the window person and they search my appointment up and find that it's not even for another month had the front desk lady helped me from the beginning and not sent me to the wrong area knowing what I was there for I would have never wasted my time and given a bad review maybe you should know what you're doing if you're at the front desk. Literally just tell me the most random area and what to not do when everything you told me was wrong. You seem nice but get your job straight. Absolutely ridiculous for all that false information having me waste my time while you get paid for yours and not care about people. Thanks for not helping me today.

I took my handicapped sister who is in a wheelchair for a test and I asked the info. Security officer if the front doors had automatic door opening; he replied no. He saw how I was struggling to get her in/out of the doors, but he remained seated and watched me struggle. So sad!!!

This was one of the places I had to take my daughter to for her shots while we waiting for her insurance to kick in and we still had her on medical. We got there as soon as the doors opened and waited in like less than 5minutes. We checked in and the man at the front desk was kind and answered all of our questions. We were seen within 30minutes, the nurse was ok not too happy not to talkative but she did her job and what she was supposed to do so I have no complaints. The only thing I would have liked was if there were a dr. There to write the prescription for my daughters reflux medicine but otherwise all in all it was an easy experience and everyone was helpful and did their job.

I called the laboratory to get some help on labs, and the lady that answered was so rude and sounded like she hated her job. No wonder they only have 2 stars. If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Hello guys, So.. My Husband was treated very poorly today , the staff is highly inexperienced. He was sent to the wrong location & then turned away after being sent to an even futher location due to an mis-scheduling..mind you he has been waiting to be seen by Dr. Tahir Kahn for over 6 months now. Never was he apologized to not once for the error that took place I mean seriously..How unprofessional !!! THIS medical facility ought to be ashamed period! I don't recommend anyone be seen by these ppl you're better off going to a local clinic. Smh
