Dr Taylor was great. She is a very nice person. She was the Dr who actually helped me resolve the whole issue when the other action plans were not working. I am very thankful that she got me in to get the treatment i was given so i can be all brand new again!

i drive my great uncle to his doctors here the drs are very nice knowledgable and staff is always very helpful and friendly and hardly a wait with an appt pharmacy is usually fairly busy all day.
sometimes hard to get a parking spot urgent care is always at least hour wait to be seen. doctors are very AMAZING every one I met for my uncle is thorough and patient with his needs good bedside manner infusion lab at butterfly bldg they are the best group of nurses and lab staff at Kaiser in fact the infusion lab at av and panorama city is awesome as hell the pharmacist and tech are miracle workers

Excellent place. butterflies are the theme here so The atmosphere here is so calm and comforting the receptionist was very nice. They also have a Starbucks in here. I love me a vanilla bean. Love outdoor area.

This is Kaiser's Specialty Department: Orthopedic, Podiatrist, Physical therapy, etc. Staff is friendly and caring. Short waiting time for appointments. I go to Orthopedic department, all of the doctors and their nurses are great.

First, the bathrooms are cleaner than anywhere in the County. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The nurse was ever so patient, helpful and thorough. Dr Desai is a wonderful doctor. He listens, stays abreast of all the newest information, and he is direct. He is also patient and very caring.

Not happy at all. Doctor told me pain is not related to left breast referring to an ultrasound I NEVER had. Also That’s why I waited this long til this pain is very uncomfortable because I don’t like dealing with condescending Doctors. Shame on this doctor. He ordered an ultrasound AFTER I told him I never had the ultrasound he is referring to. Of course then he said oh you had a mammogram. Sigh
