The staff and front desk is very courteous and efficient.

The doctor is rude and arrogant. He acted like I was wasting his time. No follow up questions when I explained my symptoms. Didn’t ask what medications currently take or supplements. I would have thought that would be important since it could be causing my symptoms.

He was more concerned with getting me out of there and telling my I should have seen someone else and also telling me 2 times “look around, do you see diagnostic equipment here I don’t have any.”

It would do him some good to remember people don’t get a doctor’s appointment because they’re having a good day. They go there to get help

Hard to believe we pay for healthcare like that

From the moment I sat down at the reception window, I was welcomed and spoken to like a friend. The receptionist was knowledgeable and provided me with great information since I had just had to go 100% on Social Security for all my medical treatments and how to easily supply requested information from my Medicare Advantage Card.

I sat down to wait my turn (I was in for my doctor's requested blood test) and within 7 minutes I was called into the back exam room and directed into the blood draw area. The nurse drawing the sample was very nice and the initial needle placement was pain free. Once all sample vials were full, she bandaged me up and I was done. I told her to have a great day and I was done.

I have always had great servce at the Angels Camp Adventist Health Rapid Care for several different incidents and each time i was always treated with the utmost care, no matter why I was there.

Metal is in my eye. After waiting 2hrs dr arrived. Told me he didn’t have the correct equipment to look at my eye. Told me I had a corneal abrasion, prescribed an antibiotic solution and said I should feel better in the morning. Woke up the next morning in severe pain, made an emergency visit to an eye doctor, within minutes found a piece of metal in my eye lid. Removed it. Alls good.

I was admitted with the scare of high blood pressure and chest pains. After taking an extended EKG with faulty equipment the doctor came in, and instead of going over the EKG results, he told me "We don't provide that service." He recommend that I go to the emergency room. I asked if I was going to be billed for the visit, I was not given an acceptable response. This whole ordeal made my blood pressure rise even further, and it induced a panic attack which landed me in the emergency room. The ER medics gave me another EKG, and they were able to read and explain that my heart is functioning normally. I better not get a bill from Adventist.

The help I received at the Angel 's Camp went far above my expectations. The staff there was exemplary. I was especially impressed by the young female doctor who I was assigned to. She went far above the call of duty in her service to me.

I had the worst visit yesterday at this location. I went in with severe upper right abdominal pain and when I instructed the patient provider that my primary care physician instructed me if the pain got bad to go to urgent care, the provider said, “with what goal in mind?” He told me my vital signs with were good and sent me on my way with no relief for the pain besides to take ibuprofen when I got home despite me saying that wasn’t working. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the care I was given.
