All three of the staff at Palo Cedro were friendly, courteous and very good at their jobs. They processed my paperwork quickly, got my stats recorded, and I only had to wait a few minutes for FNP Pedro, who introduced himself and shook my hand. I explained my issue and literally, within minutes, Pedro had solved my issue and I was out the door! I highly recommend this clinic.

Love going here. They are organized and timely with appointments. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in waiting room and no more than 10 minutes after entering a room to when the doctor comes in. It's clean, and everyone is friendly. Dr. De Freitas is thorough, explains things well, and doesn't rush you. I haven't felt this taken care of since my own physician of 34 years retired. This is my place now. Thanks guys!

I would just like to say this. We just moved up to this area from the Bay Area where our family had Kaiser all our lives. This clinic provided more personalized care in one visit than Kaiser did in the last ten years. What a difference. Kaiser is too big and too impersonal these days. I was very happy with the care we got from the Palo Cedro clinic and look forward to more of that in the future. Thanks for taking care of us!

This place would get 0 stars. I went in for the flu and it ended up being Covid. They prescribed a Z pack. I had it sent over to Eureka Way, Rite Aid. Called eureka way hours later, they never received it. Changed it to Palo Cedro Rite Aid so a friend could pick it up for me . They also never received it. Called back the following day. They were closed. Had to call the main location in Anderson. They assured me it would be sent to Palo Cedro Rite Aid, yet the pharmacy never received it.....again. Then they left me a voicemail saying that it was sent to Eureka Way which it wasn't, and that it would be fixed. It's a week later and i still don't have it because neither of the pharmacy's received it from this unhelpful place. Made three trips to both locations and after 5 phone calls someone should have followed up. Deserves every bad rating and I'll never return!

My experience at the Palo Cedro clinic was all positive. Every one was friendly and professional. My wait was not long in both waiting to be called and in the waiting room. Having that clinic in Palo Cedro is going to be nice to use when needed.

Went in 10 minutes before closing with a fever, not one patient in waiting room, and they said they wouldn’t see me as patient because it was too close to closing time. What happened to old fashioned, small town service where they actually care about you? Sad.
