When we were looking for medical care, my wife suggested this clinic. I read the reviews and resisted with all my firepower just knowing that our imminent deaths would follow. The reviews here are horrible and in my extensive following experience, quite undeserved.
I've been to Anderson walk in clinic about a dozen times in the last 2 years and they are great at sending out referrals for larger issues & diagnosing various health problems and prescribing the correct medications to heal our bodies. In the past, I've had frustrating impersonal medical experiences & used to have kaiser as my primary care. Since moving and using this clinic I've resolved a work related umbilical hernia, tonsillectomy, low testosterone & a variety of other medical problems I've come to find through Anderson Walk in clinic.
The staff are polite and the nurses are extremely knowledgeable. They take great care in my families medical needs & we've come to love this clinic.

I don’t even use Gmail or google I literally made a whole account just to leave this comment.

By far the worst, most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to.

Completed online registration and check in before entry. Upon entry was given a paper form of the same papers I completed online. I asked what was the point of online registration only to do the very same upon arrival?
No joke she told me i”it’s pointless and it’s only there to annoy them with people like myself asking them about it.”

While waiting in line, an elderly women came in to ask them if a text message she received was in fact from Anderson walk in or if it was a scam. She stated she had been scammed before and was afaurd to pay over the phone. They treated her like she was an idiot and a burden the whole time.
Once I was taken back and the “doctor” came into my room. Doesn’t introduce himself, say hello not a howdy. Nothing asks me word for word “what’s wrong with you?” (I was there to schedule a blood panal test just to see where my levels of iron, mag, calcium etc where at. He asked me what blood work I’ve had done I told him the “combat trio” which is the name of a batch of testing including hiv,hep c and hep b. Before I could explain what the combat trio was he told me that doens help
Him at all and that does nothing to give him the information he was looking for. I could go on but I won’t. If you’re thinking about coming here don’t. Truly don’t. I am a long time resident of the area this place has always been like this if u don’t believe me just scroll down the list of reviews here. This place is just a money grab. Nothing more.

Went there for my first time with a sore throat and they were very kind and got me in within 30 minutes which is very quick considering I was a walk in..seen the Dr within 5 minutes after getting into a room. I left very satisfying with my results since I kinda knew what I had. I will definitely be going to this clinical for now on..

Starting to get really irritated that I'm on the phone re-calling and cant get a line in. At the vet, I can make due with "Hello, can I put you on hold". Sure. Fine. Not here. I cant communicate with my doctor because reception wont even answer.

By comparison, Redding location answers first call, first attempt, every attempt. Good job Redding branch.

This review is strictly to just let the people working in the Anderson location know that the way things are aint workin and just answer the flipin phone. Or teach the new person how to open lines in the morning. Something has to change.

Outstanding Clinic, no wait time, kind staff and Justin my PA is smart, kind, knowledgeable, listens. So happy I changed from someone who did not know my diagnosis and I had to explain it to them. Nice to be treated as a human not a chart number! thank you
sincerely

The quality of care and the beside manner of the providers has a lot to be desired. They allow you to discuss one health concern per visit. Even if the health issues a intermingled. I was not able to discuss BP medication & another medication at the visit. They were generous enough to order routine labs. But if I want to get the results of the labs & discuss the other medication, I was told it would have to be done in two separate appointments. It appears Corporate politics have surpassed quality health care & general concern of the patient. You are not CARED for medically here. So sad. Anderson Walk In, do better!

This place is a joke. If you call them you will be lucky to get a person and they don't return phone calls. The doctor I seen was only interested in perscribing meds he got kickbacks on, not what I needed. He is an agent of Big Pharma. Do yourself a favor and get established at Shasta Community. Forget this place. If I could give a negative star I would. This place is an embarrassment of the medical community.

I went back to the office after instructions from the doctor to do so if I had ANY signs of an infection in my leg. For context, I had a stick in my leg that required stiches. I arrived to the clinic around 4:15pm for a “walk-in” apt the person at the front desk said they were not able to see me because they needed records from the person who did the stitches(Mt Shasta ER. Whom is great by the way). This was not true as Anderson doc had already taken my stitches out without any records from ER. Only because I got upset because of pain, oozing and odor in my leg did the have a nurse or someone come out into the lobby in front of others to look at my leg. To tell me to come back in the morning. My point is that they didn’t listen to me at all and sent me away with a bunch of excuses. It’s a walk in clinic it doesn’t say don’t walk in at 4:15pm or you won’t be seen. They also told the person in front of me who was having chest pain to come back in the morning. This could had been handled a-lot better. It also would have been nice to be given options of things I could do over night. This experience was Awful. I would add the doctor I originally saw there was awesome. This experience was not.
