Their administrative problems and phone issues far outweigh the medical care (which was ok but not great). I’ve been trying to get my medical records for about a year. They promised to email me a form months ago and never did. They don’t return any phone calls.

The last 7 or so times I’ve called this week, it never even connects and immediately a recording says “goodbye”. I’m not even sure if they are in business anymore.

OOOOOOOH wow! I should have read these reviews, as I have been calling for a month now trying to speak to someone to schedule an appointment.
These people DO NOT EVER return calls even after leaving about 7 voicemails. I'm wondering if they realize how they are disrupting people's medical care by not calling US back. Maybe the State of California, Medical Board needs to know.

In the beginning , I felt a bit uncomfortable with the staff. Now they know us
I think they are good.
Dr. Mehton is a very knowledgeable Doctor.
He is kind, has a good ear to listen ! I feel blessed to have Anderson Medical Associates as part of my medical team.

Terrible medical help. The RN I saw kept asking Siri and looking up any questions I had on the internet ?
I expected a doctor's office to have a little more knowledge than using WebMD.

After this terrible doctor visit they sent a bill to an address I specifically said wasn't for mailing. I had provided them a PO box. After they sent the bill to the undeliverable address they sent me to collections without so much as a phone call.

This place has a terrible combination of the worst medical advice possible as well as least helpful customer service I've ever experienced.

I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Avoid this place at all costs. They provider I was seeing tried to have me go in for another MRI on my lower back when that wasn't the issue and tried to say she had to go thru the steps first ..Liars. I've been through plenty of surgeries to know this was not true since I ALREADY HAD A LUMBAR MRI I didn't need another one in order to have my cervical spine MRI done. They just wanted to get more money. More visits more money. Then, the nurse didn't put my referrals in for nearly 3 months after they were made. Theyre horribly managed.

This medical group has the worst customer And medical services I have ever experienced , I have called over five times and left messages regarding my medical records And no one has ever called me back. The reason why I left this clinic is because when I went to go see my doctor he was always on his phone and not listening to what I was telling him was wrong with me or my concerns .

Horrible customer service. Have been calling for two days trying to get information about my sons records. Have left two messages with no call back and no option to speak to an actual person. This is the exact reason I have switched doctors offices! Get your S*** together!

Horrible customer service. It is very difficult to get a hold of anybody that actually will speak to you. You always get the answering service. After hours customer service is ridiculous. They never have any information about anything. Very slow and getting prescriptions refilled. The doctor is fine. Overall rating for me would be a zero if they had a zero.
