If I could give Kindred 10 stars I would. My father was admitted here in the ARU after being in ICU for over a month. All of the doctors, nurses and CNA's were absolutely incredible. PT, OT and Speech worked miracles with my Dad. When he was admitted he couldn't walk or even speak clear sentences. When he left after a month, he was walking on his own and speaking just like he did before the surgery. The staff at Kindred treated him like family. Do not hesitate to take your loved one here! They will be receiving excellent care!

My so Samuel was a patient at Kindred Hospital of the Palm Beaches, for about four months. He was referred due to acute pneumonia, respiratory failure, full ventilator support.
Dr Vasireddy was in charge of his care. She was a tremendous and caring doctor to my son! She visited him every single day, stayed in constant contact with me and my family on a daily basis.

She advised of the serious condition he was facing, her care plan treatment for him, and also advised other measures that would be required in order to care for him.

I know that Dr Vasireddy, saved my son’s life, along with the guidance and Supprt from God. She is a wonderful and priceless asset to this hospital.

The medical staff at the hospital including the nurses, respiratory therapists were also very helpful and loving to my son as well.

Melody spent 34 days in all 3 levels of Kindred rehab: ICU, Long Term Acute Care, and the Acute Rehab Unit. Melody arrived intubated and unable to even lift her arms or legs. She left able to walk with a walker and take care of herself. We can't say enough about the rehab treatment she received. The doctors, nurses, and therapists were all very effective and supportive throughout. The LTAC therapists worked with her 3 times a week - they were fantastic. The ARU therapy team of Sheryl, Vash and Brittany worked with her 3 hrs a day for over 3 weeks and achieved amazing results. She is set to continue rehab at home and expects a full recovery. The full staff of doctors, nurses, and aids addressed her medical recovery as well as her rehabilitation. Thank you to everyone at Kindred!!

I've been here multiple times and the staff and care here is amazing! The nurses truly care about your recovery and are so sweet. Actually from the cleaning crew, blood work people, dieticians, physical therapy, wound care, all the way to doctors they are to of their game amazing. Only had an issue with one person on the whole hospital (dr. eric) it was a bad problem n he was rather cruel, but the staff took the upmost importance on the situation, clearing it up and making everything brilliantly better! Thank their hearts. If you had to do long term care I'd definitely recommend Kindred as my only suggestion! Also mad props to the cook Jojo as well!!! Btw this was written by Ashtin Chandler 😉

As a current patient here at Kindred of the Palm Beaches I would like to express the wonderful care and attention I received. Starting with Val my ambassador who has come to visit me and listened to all my concerns and even was nice enough to bring me snacks. Therapy department concentrated on getting my gait stabilized, respiratory Therapy was successful on getting me off oxygen. Nurses overlap very well. Doctors were concise and always asked the right questions. The kitchen staff gave me choices and always delivered on my request, the food was pretty good.
I sure do recommend Kindred, thank you all.

My dad came on the weekend. He immediately saw wound care, the Doctors , PT and OT. Within a few days he was back to himself. I wished that I could give them 10 stars. Their rehabilitative services were above and beyond. I was at ease knowing that he was in their care.

Our experience with this long-term acute care center has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The nursing staff is clearly overwhelmed and undertrained, often unable to provide the attentive care that my family member desperately needed. On more than one occasion, they mistakenly administered the wrong medication, which is both alarming and unacceptable.

The nursing supervisor has been no help at all, brushing off our concerns and proving incapable of addressing the issues we’ve raised. It’s been incredibly difficult to get any meaningful response or action from them, leaving us feeling helpless and unheard.

Moreover, actual medical care seems to be severely lacking. My family member rarely saw a provider who was actually care. Necessary procedures and imaging were repeatedly delayed, causing unnecessary stress and prolonging the recovery process.

If you are considering placing a loved one in a long-term acute care center, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This facility is not equipped to provide the quality of care that patients deserve.

First of all, being here at Kindred has been one of the greatest experience yet! I believe that anyone who goes through severe injuries that I've suffered, this is a must. Especially here in the palm beaches from jupiter to boynton and beyond kindred should be a first consideration. Once I met my staff that was going to be very instrumental in my recovery, britney, brian vash, it's cheryl, we all became family instantly, and that's exactly how they make you feel, they don't know you at first, but they know you me what they have to offer. However, special emphasis on Brian Adam's. He is the companys certified physical terrorist. ? wink !!! And your front office staff, fern and mika, oh, and barbara, she has a great sense of humor, But to make full appreciation of your administrative staff, they are by far what really makes this company hum. They should be rewarded for just the thought of what they can do. Next and last but not least, this wonderful kitchen staff that you have, they might not have what you request, but it comes D*** close to getting it on the next go round. I haven't had a bad meal yet. Even my hot water for tea has been perfect. The weekend team of Miles Jojo, Anthony. They really make coming in to a facility on the weekend. they were amazing at being there to help, give me the pain relief that I need it most, and they were very kind and generous in the protocol.That was prescribed for me.
