DO NOT GO HERE! First off my original primary Bianca told me I was “too young” to have any issues when I had an unknown mass in my leg and used google images to compare my throat size to others on google when I had a choking issue. Very unprofessional! Second they rescheduled my appointment FOUR times and don’t call you until an hour before so there is no way to rearrange your life schedule. The last time they rescheduled they informed me that the appointment was made with a physician that is untrained to handle my appointment! When I asked them why they would even schedule an appointment with an untrained physician in the first place they had no sympathy at all for the inconvenience THEY had caused! Very unprofessional, uneducated and unfit to be in business!

Alpine health DOES NOT care!!! Endless hassles with this place! The facility is dirty, have seen dried blood splatters on the exam table, they repeatedly failed to authorize prescriptions, follow up on referrals, or inform me of test results. On my last visit, I had to wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time. Just before the doctor finally entered the room, I heard him talking to the lab guy in the hall, letting him go home a bit early. The doctor then came in to the room and told me that they couldn't perform the blood test I had come in for, because the lab guy had gone home. He said I had to come back another day. I had taken time off work, to make the hour long drive from my home, for this appointment. Absolutely absurd!! They are not polite, not professional, and they have proved time and again that they care nothing for their patients!!! Avoid this horrible place filled with horrible people!

This isn't health care!!!! It's just a shadow of what health care should be. I've been a patient here for a couple of years and every visit gets progressively worse.
Reception barely acknowledge your pressence. Then when they do it's short and rude without ever looking directly at you. They set an appointment with me for labs, NPO. Then refuse to honor the appointment the day of because I hadn't been seen by the doctor in six months...so I have to drive an hour away just to get a blood draw. .it just absurd. We aren't seen as people!!! We are just government fund generators!!!

Though my family has been taken care of by Dr. Egan for years, I was reminded again last week, during an appointment with my two teenage sons, how fortunate we are to have found such an exceptional doctor. Teenage boys are not known for being easy to engage with!!!, but somehow Dr. Egan is able to draw my boys out which ultimately allows for my boys to open up about what’s going on with them and receive the individual care they need. Dr. Egan takes the time that is needed to listen and address our concerns without acting rushed; a rare attribute in the medical field! Thanks Dr. Egan! We are lucky to have you!

Dr Cota is an awful DR. I've never been to a doctor who doesn't pay attention or care what their patient is saying. Not only does he ignore his patients concerns and requests, he doesn't even remember if he's met you before. Can't count the number of times he's said "have we met?" the receptionists are extremely rude when trying to schedule or reschedule an appt. There is one male receptionists that is terribly rude, I'm surprised he hasn't been fired. Go here if you want poor doctor care, lack or respect, and want to wait an hr and half for your appt you had scheduled a month in advance.

I love the care accuracy and warmth provided by this facility. From the receptionists ( Amanda), those working in the lab, the x-ray department, (Dr. Bartholme, Karissa PA ) as well as the RN. They are efficient, timely, prepped before you actually have your visit and quick to make referrals when necessary. Gina is excellent at making sure the referrals are sent. The communication in every aspect is above excellent. They also provide Behavioral Health Services at this facility where (Donna) is warm, kind and excellent at making sure appointments are set up and Dr. Kugel Fritz is an outstanding Psychologist. I more than highly recommend this facility in all aspects. I have been going here approx. 2 years and this is the best place I have received care.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!! Hello, The people that work here are RUDE! I called in and made a Doctor Appointment. I told them what medical insurance i have. They told me that they take it and, made me an appointment. I showed up for my appointment 45 min early just like they asked me to. I filled out all of their paper work they gave me about 6 pages. I turned all of the paperwork back in to them, I then took a seat waiting to be called. they called me up to tell me that they have 2 new people and they messed up they do not take my insurance. They then told me that i could pay cash for the appointment and, it would be $150.00.

I have been coming here for years and it wasn't great before but it is horrible now. I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment and waited for 15 mins to get checked in because there was only one girl working the desk. And I was the only one waiting while she tried to set up am appointment for another patient. The regular doctor I used to see isn't there anymore so my appointment was with Dr. Kellawon. I finally get into the room to wait for the doctor and sat there for almost an hour before I got fed up and left. I don't recommend this doctors office.
