Doctor was really nice, but it was a feeling he is a hurrying and one more thing- we asked a recommendation where to get a glasses for my son, he gave us a couple of them, buy non of them takes our insurance.

For our first time here we liked the staff are so nice and friendly with appointment you don't have to wait a lot..my appointment was a 2:30pm...I get there at 1:40pm they take us right in

Most unprofessional service. I confirmed an appointment last week. I just received a voicemail saying they cannot honor the appointment they themselves confirmed twice via text. When I called they said they cannot take my 5pm appointment - why have a system set up a schedule to book patients for 5pm then?

I need an inhaler urgently for my asthma and they said now they don’t have appointments. I am going to find a doctor that has an effective scheduling system because this was a waste of time and detrimental to my health. Now I have to go to the ER because they don’t want to do their job and honor appointments booked by their own system. Save yourself the headache and go literally any where else.

I was pleasantly surprised. The clinic was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Nurse Practitioner was very attentive and really listened to my concerns. This is the first Dr.’s appointment that I didn’t have to wait forever to be seen. They do an excellent job scheduling their appointments.

Yamill is amazing! She is very helpful, caring, she makes us feel very welcomed every time we come in ! Yamill is always willing schedule our appointments around our schedule . Dr Helen Ford is also Amazing! She has treated my kids very well . My kids aren’t afraid to come to the dentist . She makes them have a pleasant dentist experience . All the staff here is really friendly and welcoming! This office is highly recommended !! ?

Very Unprofessional! I made an appointment for a TB test, showed up day of and the receptionist who was very rude and had an attitude while she was chewing gum said I didn’t have an appointment when I called the week prior and got confirmation of that appointment. They then say they can’t see me for another week and can’t fit me in today because they are completely booked when there was literally no one waiting in the office. If you like to waste your time you should go here, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
