This office is hands down the absolute best I’ve ever been to in my 39 years! I see Candace Harris and she is absolutely Phenomenal! She is so caring and thorough every single time I’m in there! The staff is so welcoming and polite and make you feel like family,they remember you and are so accommodating! I went for my yearly exam and it was so quick and easy. I will not go to anyone else,EVER!
If you are looking for an honest,caring,compassionate, Thorough office I promise you that this place WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

After reading the few reviews, I was scared to go here, but every time I called to express my concerns, the receptionist assured me that everyone there was most nice and not to worry, so I went. I promised them I would write an accurate review. Every single person there was super sweet and HAPPY. Dr. Mona is fantastic. Honestly, I was married to a doctor and have seen many over the years and I can honestly say she was better than all.
She is kind and listens carefully, with genuine interest. You can tell she loves helping others and when my Lab work came in, SHE, called to let me know the results and how we could treat it. She quickly called in my meds and I plan to follow up with a visit next week, cause I'm scared of my diagnosis and have some questions. The staff was so nice, happy and friendly that I plan to bring something from the bakery for them.?
Also, while filling out my paperwork I observed grown men come in and ask for Mona, like babies?.
When I mentioned my concern due to the reviews, I was told that Dr. Mona did not prescribe narcotics and this was not received well by those seeking them.
So, do not fear this kind clinic, rather embrace it. Good health wishes to you.

I love the hospitality from the staff and Nurse Candice Harris. They're always going above and beyond for their patients. I never had an issue with referrals, lab work, prescriptions, testing, and etc. The wait time is under 15 minutes and your office visit doesn't last longer than 1 to 2 hours. If you need a quick appointment scheduled this is the place.

Hopefully I've found a new pcp home. The staff was wonderful from the beginning. The wait time wasn't long. I didn't stay in the waiting room after I did paperwork due to some people constantly coughing in their hands and touching everything. A staff member was kind enough to come outside and get me. Plus the guy in the waiting room had his bare a$$ on the seat. My 8 year old was disgusted. I informed the staff so they could wipe down the seat.

The receptionist Jakoris greeted me with an upbeat natural tone, meaning it wasn't faked or forced. She just had a great personality and very professional.

Dr. Ramona was a breath of fresh air. She seemed personal, she listened, and gave resolutions. Her personality and smile is everything.

Tasha did my blood work. I dreaded her when she came in ? but getting a needle in my arm has never been a painless experience. Staff at other facilities usually have problems getting my blood but she did it quickly. That's the only person I want from now on. I can't imagine anyone being better at taking blood.

Great experience. Good music at all times. Positive vibes. No one looking miserable at work unless I caught everyone on a good day. Even though it's a job and some people don't like to work, they don't show it.

Update: after giving them 5 months, before giving them 5 months, I was over it. I've never been to a doctor where what I'm saying concerning my symptoms, either they don't believe me or they don't care to believe me. I'm telling them my issues for them to document. I don't ask for meds nor do I want meds. However, I want sincere people that believe what I'm saying. I will not be a fool and stay loyal to them when Im treated like nothing. The energy the staff had some months ago is not the same energy. Everyone seems tired and dry now.

New Year, NEW DOCTORS.

I'm not really one to share my medical business so vocally, but I feel this needs to be said.
I went to get a referral to a gyno for extremely painful cramps and excessive bleeding, but that was completely ignored. However, since this was my first visit, I had to do the family history forms and depression screening. I am clinically depressed and am being treated. I expressed this, but not only did they blow off the reason I came (and they kept trying to "correct" my symptoms when I was explaining what was going on, which annoying, but whatever.), they ignored everything I said about seeing a psychologist regularly and referred me to a mental health center.
I later found out that they tested me for an STD without telling me as well. Which fine; do it. But be honest and upfront about what you are doing.
All in all, I was just ignored most all of the visit.

I came into the office for some general lab work. I was greeted by friendly staff who made the registration process very simple. The entire staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner answered all of my questions and did not make me feel like I was being rushed out the door. I would recommend this facility and their providers to anyone. Even though the waiting room had several patients already there, I was done and back in my car within 30 minutes. Very quick and easy process!

They care a lot, but they also tend to run a lot of expensive tests when I come in that other doctors did not run as often. They also seem to do too many x-rays. Just my opinion. I really mean it when I say they seem to care. It’s just all the tests feel like too much.

Revised: Said they would refill my meds in Advance of my appointment so that I would not run out. Didn’t.

Make the patients wear masks, but do not make the staff wear them consistently.
