I was sent here for labs for pre employment. The medical assistant that assisted me was very knowledgeable and great at her job I wish I had gotten her name, but I am very thankful for the quick and seamless visit the professionalism of this clinic is top tier. You are all appreciated. I would recommend this clinic for anyone to use.

Plenty of parking in front and rear of building. I had security riding around I felt safe. The lobby was clean. The ladies friendly. But one was snacking in front of the office. Plenty of seats for your wait. Good music playing in the lobby. The back was clean and neat. I would choose this location again in the future if needed. They also offer physical therapy at this location. It's close to the Express way. But plan to wait awhile so bring something to read..

The receptionist here is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She literally rolled her eyes when I told her I was here for required testing for my job and waved her hand at the waiting room and said “ALL of these people are in front of you so it’s going to be a while before I get to you.” There were six people in front of me and she acted as though there were fifty. This is literally a walk-in clinic for occupational health. Were you not expecting people today?

The lady who did my test was very polite and friendly. Once she got me back it took no time at all.

It was as pain free as taking a pre-employment screen can get. The wait was minimal and the attending healthcare professional was everything a healthcare provider should be: informative, calm bedside manner, attentive, and knowledgeable.

The young lady in the back that took the samples was awesome but the young lady at the desk wasn't very pleasant when I called to inquire about the hours of operation she is very short and curt

My experience was fast and easy. My tech Elisaha(?) was the best. She made me comfortable. When your randomly drug tested on a job and your not prepared to pee in a cup immediately, it can make you anxious. She was very patient and hilarious.

Would not recommend this place. Don’t have a good customer service at all. They move slow and the wait is ridiculous!
