After being mistaken for another person by security. A security guard named Thomas was COMPLETELY unprofessional. After being seen at the er prior to him harassing me.. I was asked to leave for basically no reason. I was quiet, and he basically put me out. I will NEVER recommend this hospital! A bunch of incompetent security officers who Doesn’t value patients. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention he discriminated against me.

The ER department staff was courteous, kind, and respectful. However, discrimination is 100% full blown. Re: we arrived at 11:00 AM, along with another non ethnic patient at 11:00 AM, Another non ethnic patient arrived in the ER at 1:00 PM. all 3 patients had to be admitted.

Non ethnic patient came in @ 1PM got a bed at 8:00 PM

Non ethnic patient came in @ 11AM got a bed at 8:30 PM

We ethnic patient came in @ 11AM got a bed at 10:30 PM.

It's hard to comprehend why such discriminatory practice is being displayed in 2024. SMH

I got attacked by the parking lot by a woman I have never seen before. I asked the parking attendants to call the police and they told me it didn't have anything to do with them. They let her hit me in the face 4 times before they intervened. Security finally showed up but the woman had already fled the scene. Then they wanted to know why I didn't get her tag number. My doctor did very little to help me and the police acted like she was the victim. If you care about your safety stay away from this place.

I've had 2 major surgeries there since Feb 2023 & getting ready to have another one. I've had great experiences both times. Their schedules for pre-op aren't always good. But they were always able to resolved the issue & I never had to wait to long to get the needed tests done. The surgical staff is amazing. The floor nurses are good to great. I wasn't to impressed with the PT man. It seemed like I was a nuisance. But everyone has little issues when so many people coming & going. I actually had a choice of which hospital & I had chosen Princeton based on my first surgery experience there.

From the receptionist on the 2nd floor for my husband: "Mr. C. Morris", surgery; to the treatment in SICU, the female therapist, the 4th floor PCA and "The outstanding clergy department". My husband and I experience here was absolutely amazing and kind. (The nurses who wore blue uniforms; assigned to my husband on 6/24/2024 - 6/25/2026 ; room 2 was so caring and understanding). Also, a huge thank you to Ms. Keewannie (she worked in house keeping dept.) She went beyond her job, noticing I had no were to sit and got a chair for me to sit comfortably with my husband. Also, a big thank you to the PCA Ms. Valencia who went above and beyond making my husband very comfortable during his stay on the 4th floor 6/27/2024 and Ms. Miyah ( Who works the discharge care planner dept., she was very kind & professional) and RN- Mr. Scott on 4th Floor. Last , but, definitely not least, a big thank you to the Surgeon, Dr. Robert McCord and his surgical team, absolutely amazing ( I was called every hour & notified how my husband was doing and how everything was going). That was the best feeling of comfort and assurance ever... "What a fantastic place for medical care"... Even while trying to find the cafeteria, workers actually stopped & offered to walk me to my destination, what more can you ask for. A little kindness, definitely can go a long way. It is so easy to always complain about everything. "But, I try to see the good in people". Great job everyone...

Appointment was Friday July 12th, 2024 between 10:30am-12:30om My specialist ordered an ultrasound. Went into the location for registration with Jovanna at the front desk and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and called finance for me to verify my insurance.

Was sent back to radiology,which was understaffed. Gave the sweet volunteer my paperwork and waited 45 minutes (with a full bladder) until I was seen. The wait didn't bother me as I read the sign and understood that each patient had different types of procedures being done.

Ultrasound tech rushes me back and gets annoyed with me for asking questions about what ultrasounds can detect. I simply wanted to engage and learn more knowledge. Didn't expect my results to be read to me or anything- that's what my Dr is for.

After I was done, I asked for a copy of my images which have to be burned to a cd. I paid out of pocket- She tells me she will check into it. I waited another 30 minutes, which caused me to be late to my job. I go to the front desk and all the other techs just ignore me and continue their personal conversations. I watch my tech walk by with her lunch in her hand ignoring me. Tech Johnnie could tell I was getting frustrated and offered to help me. She burned my images within 10 minutes.

It's unfair to be treated in such a way when I showed courtesy and respect and did not receive it in return. As a melanated woman, our health concerns are already overlooked and to have a tech of the opposite race brush me off in such a way was belittling and degrading. It almost felt it was done intentionally in order to get me to act irrationally.

This staff could use some training in ethics and empathy.

I was just there on Monday for severe pain in lower part of my back. Pain is radiating from the lower part of my back to my buttocks and other parts of my body. I waited in the ER department for nearly 6 hours. One nurse which was a male was very rude. I had to keep asking how long will it be before I am seen. They didn't even care stating that the nurse just got there and she didn't know. I traveled from huntsville, alabama to birmingham in pain due to the fact my doctor is right across the street from there. It felt like I was in the twilight zone. Before issuing me something for pain I was rolled to CT and the man that was performing it was hollering at me telling me to be still, I am crying and i kept moving due to the pain. The surface I was laying on was very hard and I am also in severe pain already and laying on that hard surface just worsened my pain. Felt like CT scan lasted 2 hours or more and then I was left just laying there for the longest. I have never been treated like the way I was treated. It's like it's a playground for these nurses. Laughing, playing I could not believe it. No care in the word and very rude. I was admitted and there was 2 nurses that was very kind and helpful. I was told by a neurosurgeon that I was having severe muscle spasms where the buldging disc which is located on my lumbar spine. And before discharged I had another doctor to tell me it was all in my head, I deal with this on a daily basis and he told me I needs to see a psychologist. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I am at home now. Still experiencing pain and can barely walk I will never ever go there again, i felt like I was being tormented. Hate is a very strong word for me but I really Hate Princeton Medical Baptist Center. I would not recommend no one there. It's horrible!

Their billing stinks!!!!!!!! Apparently you can't get them to do their job. I have insurance to cover my hospital stay. At the time of surgery they got a copy. 4 months, and 4 phone calls later, they still can't get it right. One form and they could get their money. I was on hold for 16 minutes before anyone in billing even answered the phone!!!!
