My husband sees Dr Mangroo and he has always made sure to listen to him and take care of any concerns he was having! I see Amanda Billingsley and she has always been so kind and patient with me, even when I’m not an easy patient to deal with with my constant accidents! They always get our refills sent in within 24 hours. We don’t have a bad word about this clinic! Thankful for the kindness and care we are shown from check in to check out with the staff!

Dr Murphy is the only pediatrician I will let my kids see. He was booked so we are always sent to Jessica, I told her all three kids ears need to be checked and my own. She gave me meds for my double ear infection and said my kids were fine. Next day I had to take all my kids back because they were still in pain just to find out they all three had ear infections. I try not to book with Jessica because she works too fast, talks too fast as if she just wants to shoot through a lot of patients in one day. Each time my kids seen her she misses what was wrong and I always have to take my kids somewhere else.

The workers are nice up there, but if you are a smoker, it will not matter what you go in for -- All they will focus on is giving you an inhaler. Twice I have gone in there in the last 8 months due to a sinus infection which spread to my upper respiratory, and now went in for cold and flu symptoms that have been persistent for nearly a week. I just started getting a rattle in my breathing yesterday, and all they did was give me a prescription for another inhaler. They don't run tests to narrow out anything, they see that I'm a smoker and that's all they focus on. I didn't get any steroid pills for the other symptoms, just an inhaler. I will not go back.

I wouldn't give this place one star, dr mangroo is not the doctor for me. Ever since I been going there I have seen him 1 time the others times I see a nurse or whatever. What gave me a bad vibe about dr mangrove is he personally called me at home because I missed 2 referral apps due to no ride and he basically called me a liar over the phone.he said that they hear that all the time. He got onto me for calling my refills when they were actually overdue. I hate to tell them this there not the only clinic around and I will be searching for a new doctor. He has bad beside manners. I never seen anything like this in my life. Don't call me over the phone and call me a liar. If they are so concerned about you making it to your out of town apps then maybe they should co.e take ya. Then complains about giving you your aniexty medicine and wants to send you to counseling. I don't need counseling. I just have sever aniexty if you ask me it's just a money racking system. If I would of set and read all the bad reviews on this doctor before going to him . I would of never went to him period.

Well I had an appointment June 8th Saturday 2024 I was walking in the heat because, I have no vehicle due to their low IQ on being able to spot something wrong with a patient I had been weak and light headed as I had told them. But, with no concern for the patient they sent me on my way then later I had to try asking my mother for help due to a heatstroke episode that was taking place thank God I'd got to her house in time to cool off or I would've been just dead on the spot due to it being the fourth heatstroke I had in my life time.

My kids Dr is good if we can ever get a appointment with him always get pawned off on nurse practitioners ridiculous they can’t see they’re Dr when they are sick they say make a appointment 1 week out makes no since when you take them when they are sick it’s not like you can plan they’re sicknesses 1 week ahead

Im more giving the star rating for this particular doctor not so much of the clinic itself. We normally see Dr. Murphy and he is an amazing doctor however we couldn’t get in with him because he was extremely booked we saw Dr. Jessica and this experience was the first and the last time I will ever have my kids see her. We went in because my kids were running a fever had a major cough, runny nose, sneezing and was told by her to alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol for fever, and give Zyrtec in the morning and Benadryl at night (no problem) however my son came to me last night and told me his ears were hurting and I thought that’s not possible because she checked both his ears when we saw her and she said they were all “good and clear”. We went to another doctor for a second opinion and she told us that both my kids had major ear infections that easily could have been caught the day prior. Definitely will not ever be seeing her again.
