I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Mohamed. I’m 28 and living with an autoimmune disease and after seeing multiple other specialists, she’s the only one who has made me feel “heard”. She listens and takes the time to find the right medicine/treatments for me. Highly recommend!!!

Two hours spent. Did not meet Dr. M. Receptionist was disrespectful to make sly remarks to coworker in response to my inquiries.
When I was admitted to the room, the atmosphere was most conducive to a valued patient.

I would avoid this office and find a better one. One of the front office staff is rather rude and she told me a bold faced lie on the first day I saw this doctor. The two ladies in the lab gave me what for when I sat where the NP told me to so I could wait for labs. Apparently I was supposed to sit closer to the lab, which I had no idea where it was. There were incorrect notes in my medical record saying we discussed things that we never did and when I brought up my concerns politely to one of the NP's I was told I could find another office. When I asked for my medical records to be sent to my new doctor they refused. Said I had to have the doctors office request them. Excuse me, I am the patient and these are my records. Thank goodness for my old rheumy who was on it and forwarded my original records to Dr Wayne in LR. I will say that there is one NP who is very kind as well as the pharmacy refill staff.

I scheduled an appointment with noydeen for 0845. The staff were nice, but if you are going to come to an appointment here, make sure you literally have HOURS to attend it. The wait times to be seen, to get labs done, and to make another appt are crazy.

Just want others who might be considering this clinic to stay away from Billy McBay. I saw him in February to establish a new PCP. I waited in the lobby for an hour before they finally called me back. We discussed putting me on testosterone replacement therapy but he needed to research if I could take them since I'm on an opioid pain medication. I left the visit with the understanding that he would let me know soon if I could start therapy. When I tried to follow up with him, I received an email saying that if I need help quickly I need to see another doctor. I then receive a letter in the mail that says "Official Dismissal Notice" and tells me he considers our patient-provider relationship terminated!? Really. I simply tried to follow up after a visit and I get a letter telling me to go somewhere else. Wow. On a related note, I visited another doctor after this and came across a nurse that worked with Dr. McBay previously. She stated that it's amazing he has a medical license and that he is not a very good doctor. Hope this helps someone that may be considering going to see this doctor.

Dr. Ali and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Ali is a doctor that cares about his patients…he always takes time to listen to all my medical needs and his medical assistant Cierra is so sweet and very efficient. The amazing Joyce checks in on me between visits and helps get anything extra I might need taken care of fast and deals with those pesky insurance companies. Linda in the lab is excellent at her job! I didn’t even feel any pain when getting my blood work done. I’m so happy with the service and care I always receive and would highly recommend Noydeen medical group!

After having several doctors not listen to me, I found Dr. McBay 10 years ago. He has always been extremely caring and attentive to what’s going on. I have never felt rushed or nervous about a treatment he has recommended. His nurse, Angel, is super friendly and helpful with any needs I have. Both have a great sense of humor and I enjoy going!
