If I could reduce the number of stars I would. I have been going there for years (and seeing Dr McCain) the past couple times my wife and I have been over there he has treated us like were problematic to him. I just went for lab work and he said he needed an order from my Dr at UAB not a problem his nurse said she had her hands on it that morning and had given it to him yet he refused to do it and would not listen to anything I had to say. I don't think that man deserves to practice medicine. Or maybe he just treated us that way because we are white.....!

The receptionist at this location was very nice and helpful. The building is beautiful and clean. Honestly though, the company as a whole could really use some work. They see so many people that they don't know anything about anything and bounce you around and you still don't find your answer.

Dr McCain is one of the best doctors around he cares about his patients and about their well being. At one time he saved my husband's life. We both think If you need a good doctor who cares go to quality of life in Gadsden Alabama the Doctor and nurses are the Best... You can find anywhere?

I love Dr. Lachman. She's truly God's gift. The wait is long because she listens to people. In her line of work I'd say that's exactly what she should be doing. I've been seeing her for years now and have no intention of changing. Being thorough is not a deficit. It's a blessing she's sharing with the rest of us. Thank you doc. You are wise, sweet, and compassionate. We need more people like you in the world these days.

McCain is a very disrespectful person and I have reported his messed up actions towards me on my visit to his supervisor and if she doesn't do anything I will go over her head!!!!! I have never in my life been treated the way I was treated by that special specimen ( MCCAIN) !!!! First and last time I will ever let them send me there

Once I found it I saw it easiy from the street. There were no directions as to how to gain entrance into the building. The handicapped parking is a bit if a distance to the actual entrance. Insideit was clean. The staff was not very friendly and offered o extra information to us patients so we headed upstairs blindly, not knowing if we were in the correct place or not.

The staff is pretty informative and pay attention to ur needs. May take a few calls bc of the corona virus procedures to get everything done but they do care about their patients health

Nice and clean but some staff members needs to have better bedside manner with their patients...And treat all patients with same respect but all in all great place for low income ppl to get medical care......
